Aloha Spirit at Kona Alii offers you a private and quiet base of operations for all of your vacation adventures on the active Big Island of Hawaii. This beautiful 1-bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect place for anyone who wants to stay close to the action during their Hawaiian vacation. Located just off of Alii Drive, the Kona Alii building is within walking distance of some of the best shops, restaurants and beaches Alii Drive has to offer.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom for your privacy. Additionally the living room has a queen-sized murphy bed which can quickly be set up for a second sleeping accommodation. The mattress on the murphy bed is a full queen mattress, not a sofa bed mattress. When the murphy bed is not in use, the living room provides the perfect place to relax before and after a long day of fun-in-the-sun. Two comfortable couches surround the flat screen TV, equipped with AppleTV to access all of your favorite streaming channels.

Just off the living room is the spacious lanai, offering 2 chez lounges and a dining table for 4 guests. Complete with ocean views, the lanai overlooks Alii Drive, the heart of Downtown Kona. This section of Alii Drive is used as part of the run course for the Ironman World Championship triathlon! This is a perfect spot for spectators or the family of a competitor to view from. The bike portion of the race follows the road that backs the building as well. Inside the guest bath are full-sized washer and dryer which are free to use during your stay.

The location really can`t get much better. The Kona Alii building opens in the front to direct Alii Drive access. Located just next door is the renowned Island Lava Java, a great place to experience some 100% Kona Coffee. The building has an entry-protected elevator which is centrally located in the building. The rear of the building houses the parking structure. This condo has one assigned parking space which is covered. It is located on the sub-level of the parking structure.

We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags.
