NEIGHBORHOOD
Casita Gaffney is situated on a wide tranquil street near downtown Gaffney. It is 6 min from Limestone University, 5 min from Walmart Supercenter, 4 min from the Cherokee Medical Center, 3 min from Cantinita Bar & Grill (phenomenal Mexican food), 2 min from Urgent Care and 2 min from the best apple fritters you will ever eat at Sonny’s Donuts!

LIVING AREA
An intimate living area and accompanying kitchen welcomes you home from your adventures. Take rest on our comfy couch as you watch Netflix (our account) or play board games located within our lift-up coffee table with hidden storage. Feel free to eat while sitting at the couch or on our console table.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you’d need to make your own meals, so don’t hesitate to bring back fresh goods from the Gaffney Station Farmer’s Market (2 mins away). Oven and stove top included. You can always save and reheat any leftovers in the microwave from all the tasty Gaffney eateries you are sure to visit. Coffee/Hot Chocolate lovers will find the coffee station equipped with coffee granules, creamer, sugar, marshmallows, peppermints. Our station also includes teabags and a teapot for relaxing. Hydration is made easy using the refrigerator dispenser.

WIFI AND TV
WIFI providing internet speeds up to 500Mbps. TV with ROKU, located above the fireplace and in each bedroom; Netflix subscription provided. Guests will need to sign in to their own tv provider to access other apps

BATHROOM
Water pressure and hot water aplenty, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided along with crisp clean linens. A first-aid kit is located below the sink. A washer and dryer are located directly across from the kitchen and are available for guest use. Guests will provide their own detergent.

MASTER BEDROOM
A good night’s sleep is vital for the weary traveler! This bedroom features a very comfortable queen mattress with box spring for extra support. A bedside lamp for reading. Feel free to fold your clothes in the dresser located inside the closet. Crisp, clean linens provided and the cooling effect of the ceiling fan.

GUEST BEDROOM
This space features a bunk bed in the second bedroom. Twin mattress up top and a double below. This space is great for the young ones to hang out as they have access to their own ROKU TV as well. Plenty of clothing storage to be found in either the free-standing dresser, or the drawers built into the bunk bed. Closet also has clothes hangers and a wire rack.

SIDE PORCH
The house features a sizable porch deck with seating for two. Nestled beneath a shaded canvas sail, you can rock away your troubles and enjoy the subtle sounds of Gaffney.

DAMAGES POLICY
We work hard to keep our home in pristine condition. The reserving guest will be responsible for any breakage, missing items, damage to the building or furnishings (spills, burns, stains etc.). We understand that accidents can happen, please report any breakage/damage/spills ASAP. We look forward to hosting you!

CAMERAS
There are 2 cameras located on the premises: one facing the front door and one above the side entrance facing Buford St. These cameras actively record audio and video. All recording devices are on the exterior of the home.

PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed at this listing. Guests disregarding this rule will be charged a $250 fee.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home (minus a locked cleaning compartment). Access the home via a passcode that will be valid the duration of the stay. Said passcode will be issued before check-in. Check in time will be after 3pm and check out time will be no later than 11am.
