ADDITIONAL SLEEPING (1 person max): Twin sleeper sofa with weighted blanket provided. Please note this is a sofa-style sleeper (not a pull-out mattress), so while we`ve made it as comfortable as possible, it`s best suited for a child or young-teenager rather than an adult. Important: This is a portion of the couch made up as a bed, so part of the couch would serve as the sleeping space and the remaining portion would still be available for sitting. (Please contact me before booking if you plan to use the sofa sleeper so we can discuss whether this setup will work for your group)

Traveling with Infants/Toddlers: We welcome families with little ones! Please note that infants and toddlers are included in the total guest count. We do not provide baby gear or amenities (cribs, high chairs, etc.), so please plan to bring everything your little one will need during your stay.

Other things to note:

Your ViP cabin includes free parking on the property. There is a carport where you may park your vehicle or boat. No EV charging (boats okay). Since the location is remote and by the lake, you will need a car to get around.

Cancellation & Refunds: All reservations are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Please note that applicable refunds will reflect a 10% processing fee to cover third-party payment processing costs. This policy applies to all bookings, including payments made in error.
