Welcome to our cozy one bedroom apartment located just a stone's throw away from downtown! Our apartment is the perfect home base for your next adventure in the city. With so many places to eat, shop, and enjoy a refreshing drink, you will not come up short on things to do. This unit is located within a 4-plex building and offers a good amount of space with a cozy atmosphere

Getting Around:
- Sanford Broadway Medical Building is a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk (8 minutes if you are a speed walker!)
- NDSU is a 5 minute drive 
- The Fargo Dome is a 7 minute drive 
- The airport is a 9 minute drive 


Main Living Space:
Immediately when you enter the space you will feel a sense of coziness and a welcoming atmosphere.
- This unit is quaint but also has some modern updates that blend well together.
- The carpet is brand new and provides a sense of cleanliness and comfort.
- 42 inch Roku TV so that you can watch your favorite streaming services.
- The couch is perfect for watching a movie, cuddling, and taking that much needed cat nap.
- The chairs offer additional seating for the living area and are a great place to sip some coffee and read a book while the natural light flows in through the windows
- The walk in closet space right off the main living area is perfect for all kinds of storage. Also this is a great space to hang your additional clothes.

Kitchen:
The kitchen connects with the living room. This is a perfect place for you to make all those delicious meals you have been working on over the past few months because you want to prove to your in-laws that you can in fact cook a mouth-watering, taste bud exploding, jaw dropping meal ahhhh deep breath...okay we are good! Where was I...oh yes! Get in that kitchen you rockstar, cook up that great meal and sit back knowing you created art. I am so proud of you!
- Wood cabinets with black hardware combined with light laminate countertops offer a bright appearance.
- The kitchen table can seat four and is a great spot for card/board games as well as a good place to conversate over food and drinks.
- Electric 4 burner stove and oven.
- Microwave as well as a toaster.
- Fridge/Freezer.
- Dishwasher.
- Coffee things: Keurig and your regular ol' coffee maker for those Folger lovers.
- Pots, pans, knives, silverware, and cooking utensils
- Plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glasses, utensils, etc

Bedroom:
The bedroom offers a spacious but cozy feel.
-The natural light in this room is unlike any other and the shot of downtown Fargo makes you feel like you are in a bigger city.
- The bed is a queen mattress that offers amazing support and comfort as you catch some high quality zzzz's
- The closet provides good space to hang up that dress or that favorite button down.
- The dresser will also be a great spot to unload your suitcase.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is uniquely designed and is a great place to get ready for your event. The large mirror and adequate lighting is perfect for giving yourself a wink because you know you look good!
- The tub/shower combination allows you to get a quick rinse or enjoy your favorite bath bomb in the deep tub.
- Plenty of towels, hand towels, makeup towels and toilet paper are available.

Laundry:
The laundry units are brand new and are located downstairs by the back red door. This is a shared with one other unit in the building and is free to use!

Parking:
The garage is located behind the unit and is marked with the number 2. You can use this during your stay. Please park all the way in the garage or on the street do not park in front of the garage as that will block others in. You will have access to the garage code to as well as the garage opener.

Additional House Rules:
There are other tenants in this building so please respect their privacy and space. Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am.
No Smoking Policy
No smokers please.
Do not smoke anywhere in or on the premises, including the street.
NO parties or large gatherings. This space is strictly for those that are renting from us.

Other things to note:
If the TV is not working try resetting the Roku Stick. There is a tiny button located on the stick on the back of the TV and if you hold it for a few seconds then this will reset it.
We charge the cleaning fee we do in order to fairly compensate our team. They do a tremendous job of thoroughly sanitizing the place after each stay so that when the next guest arrives they feel the cleanliness.
