We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property. The house was full of character and charm, making it a cozy and inviting place to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and all the tools we needed to prepare meals, which was a huge plus. The host was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Weâll definitely be returning!
This place is awesome. My family (husband, my parents, my brother) stayed here together when we needed to be in the area for a family funeral, unfortunately. After the long drive up, we were so happy to walk into a cute, clean, and perfectly accommodating place. Everything was communicated ahead of time, very clearly, which made arriving seamless. Andrew is very responsive and gracious. The fact that my family could be together here was definitely the highlight of the trip. In fact, weâll be talking about it for years. If you ever have the chance, especially if traveling with others who want their own rooms, this is your place! Thank you for everything. 10/10 - would absolutely stay again.
Wonderful time spent with friends! Close proximity to the ski hill, comfy beds, well stocked in all the right places. Awesome living space and kitchen/dining set up for our group of six adults very comfortably. Host was super responsive and very accommodating! Would be very happy to stay again!
House is clean, well stocked, and very quiet area of town. Highly recommend! Owner was quick to answer any questions, and was very helpful. They have thought of EVERYTHING!!
We love coming to Marquette, my son is studying up here and we visit as often as possible. This house was great for our family - we were able to enjoy a few home cooked meals and still be near the town. The house is well stocked and comfortable. I especially liked all the inspirational messages scattered throughout the house!
Had a blast with our family of 4. The home couldâve slept six very comfortably we loved going to the local market âCalsâ and skiing at Marquette Mountain.
Property is historic home that is well taken care of and clean has a large kitchen. Nice porch in the front and the back and walking distance to cool stuff. We would stay again
This was a great home base for 4 days of hiking in Marquette! The kitchen was fantastic. Clean, spacious, well stocked and had a fireplace!
Beds had great mattresses. Bathrooms and towels were so clean. Washer and dryer came in handy.
The town of Marquette was a win!
The property was located in an excellent location to gain excess to the charming downtown businesses. The home was extremely clean and comfy. Would recommend to others while visiting Marquette MI.
This home worked well for us . Plenty of sleeping areas for myself and adult children. Great location just outside of Marquette city area . Well stocked and comfortable home. đ
This is our 2nd time stay here. We love this house. Switches & cupboards are all marked. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. Beds are comfortable. Great location!! Out of the hustle & bustle of downtown, but still close.
This place worked well for our family of 5. The location was great, close to views, water, & downtown. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the old quirky home.
We had a few cleanliness issues that wouldnât keep us from staying again, but if we stayed longer than 2 nights it may have been more of an issue.
The A/C is 2 window units that worked well in the 80+ heat with humidity that we had.
We had a great stay. Originally planned for a bigger group but ended up just me and one daughter. The house was clean and very welcoming. Loved that everything was labeled - light switches, cabinets, etc. our weekend was busy so didnât need much at the house other than beds and showers - which were comfortable after a couple of long days of moving.
Check in and check out was so easy. I hope we are able to stay again and enjoy all the space in the house!!
My family had a wonderful time despite the rainy conditions. People were friendly, food/restaurants were great especially the whitefish. We ate at Iron Bay, Dunckers and Bolega. All very good. We went to Presque Isle and cliff jumping and Dead River Falls and NMU campus was very nice.
Our house was great for us especially playing games.
Thanks, Denise Z
The location of the property was great. We walked into town in the morning to get lattes! The kitchen was great. Its an older home. It was a little chilly and now way to turn up heat. The downstairs barhroom was cold. The only tv was downstairs. None in the bedrooms. It was a great location and reasonably priced.
