Welcome to our modern and cozy condo, located just minutes from downtown Traverse City and Old Mission peninsula, home to award winning wineries and breathtaking views. This condo is conveniently located along the Traverse City TART trail, where you are a short bike ride or walk too many breweries, restaurants, and all that downtown Traverse City has to offer.



The Space:

This second-floor condo has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in the cherry capitol, Traverse City! Spacious open floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is more than enough space for an enjoyable stay with friends or family. Kick back in the living room and input your own username and password into any of the streaming service apps to binge watch your favorite shows, or relax on the patio with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Walk into the master bedroom where you will find a cozy king bed (linens included) along with a flat screen TV. This room features a walk-in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

In the guest bedroom you will find another cozy king bed (linens included) along with a flat screen TV. This room also features a walk in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



Also included is a full sized fold up mattress that can be used as a third bed.(linens included)



Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants and favorite local hangouts. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, paper towel, dishwasher pods, dish soap, drip coffee and espresso maker). A few pods of coffee will be provided to get your vacation off on the right foot.



Planning on staying a while? No worries there is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can wash your belongings. Some laundry pods will be provided.

**If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send the request through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.**
