The Crescent 302 is a spacious condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to five. Stunning views set the stage for an unforgettable trip in this seaside oasis with all the comforts of home. Coastal decor and comfy furnishings welcome you in, encouraging you to ditch those shoes and grab the flip-flops. With so much room, the whole gang can spread out in the living room and catch a game on the flat-screen TV. Spacious and fully appointed, the kitchen is a lovely spot for whipping up your favorite dishes shared at the breakfast bar or dining table. Better yet, take it outside and dine under the stars on the private balcony. End every evening with stunning sunsets and rise to gorgeous sunrises. Savor morning coffee on the balcony just off the master suite, complete with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV. The kids can rest easy in their own room with a twin-over-double bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. While a full-sized washer and dryer are welcome conveniences.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 5 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
