The Crescent April 2025.

The owner provides a welcoming condo with all the amenities that are needed to have an awesome time at the beach. The unit is on the 4th floor (top floor) right by the elevator. The property is well designed and landscapping of the pool area and grounds compares to that of a Caribbean resort. The unit itself is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The unit was upgraded recently and it can be seen throughout. The beds are new and are very comfortable. The bathrooms are upgraded and are very nice. The bottle of wine on arrival is a special touch and was much appreciated. The location of the property is perfect for shopping or just hanging out on the beach. The restaurant next door was convenient. The food was good and the beer was ice cold. We enjoyed our time at The Crescent and look forward to returning soon.

Excellent Experience!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Great views and centrally located to shopping and dining. The unit was up-to-date with all of the amenities to meet a family's need. The furniture in the unit was new and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfy condo.

Another great stay at The Crescent!

This is our third time at the Crescent and it never disappoints! Location is fantastic
 close enough to everything but because of the number of units for the size of property it is never busy. Our 4th floor condo had spectacular views and the unit was very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed.We definitely would go back! Check in and conversations with the owner were seamless and the whole process was smooth. We really appreciated the early access on our arrival day!

Perfect, as always!

This is our fifth time staying at the Crescent. Obviously we come back for a reason. Every unit is always clean and well stocked. We feel safe with the gated entries and love walking next door to the Surf Hut!

Nice and relaxing

The condo was clean and owner/manager was very helpful. Nice pool area as well as beach chairs included is a huge plus. Not the newest building in the area, but the views and prices are just right!

This is a great place to stay at an amazing location! The apartment was very clean and the owner had great communication throughout the stay process. The location was amazing, right on the beach and this section of beach was never over crowded, and we stayed over the 4 July holiday! This is a must stay location!

Beautiful place = wonderful memories

Space was perfect for our family getaway! The space had everything we needed — most equipped kitchen space I have seen in a condo. Very clean, design and decor was exactly what we were looking for — even the lanai furniture was high quality. Perfect view and nice large pool with easy access to gulf — quiet and clean property. Was nice to have gated parking and access to only property guests. Working with Jimmie was easy — very fast responses and helpful throughout booking process and stay. Highly recommend!
