Family of 4 with two adult children stayed here for 5 nights. House is fabulous - as nice as the listing. Host was very responsive and helpful for the couple questions we had. Electricity usage is not a concern - as long as you follow host’s instructions. Must have a car to stay here. Resort restaurants are great, beach is limited, and there are amazing beaches nearby. We missed the mosquito warnings, but once we bought some local repellant (with the penguin on the label), we had zero problems. 5 star experience!

The villa was spacious and clean and the view was spectacular. Probably some fans in the bedrooms and living area would have helped move the air circulation. It was hot and humid which I expect this time of year (November) with mosquitoes. My only complaint would be the isolated part of the island with very few choices of restaurants and no groceries close by.

We’re glad the villa’s space, cleanliness, and spectacular view were enjoyed, that part wasn’t accidental. 😄 Fans: All bedrooms already have full air conditioning, so ceiling fans 12–20 ft up would only swirl air decoratively above you. We chose real cooling over indoor windmills. 💨😉 Mosquitos: Yes, this is the Caribbean. They’ve lived here longer than all of us. 🦟🌴 “Isolated area”: This puzzled us. Inside the resort are two top-rated restaurants just a 10-minute walk or 1-minute drive away. Within 12 minutes you also have Bali, Daniels, FishBar, De Buurvrouw, The Pink Iguana, Marfa’s, and Porto Marie Beach. Groceries: 15 minutes to regular supermarkets; 22 minutes to four Costco-style stores. All easily searchable online before booking. A beach-resort villa won’t magically turn into downtown Willemstad, no matter how hard one wishes. 🏝️✨ A city stay is a city stay. A beach villa is a beach villa. Choosing one and hoping it becomes the other is… aspirational. 🤷‍♂️😉 We encourage guests to research what they want before booking. Rating a beach villa lower because it isn’t in the city reflects expectations, not the property. TO HOSTS; We recommend you AVOID renting to these guests as they may overlook instructions and listing details, then raise issues rooted in that. Better to skip the drama and save yourself the unnecessary headache. 😌✨

We absolutely loved our stay in Oceanvillas in Coral Estates. The home was fabulous. As soon as you open the expansive front door, you felt like you are in the Caribbean Sea. The view is insane! The sunsets are spectacular. We are a family of five and my adult children (early 20s) thought it was perfect. We spent our days visiting local beaches and returned for “happy hour” to lounge by the pool and relax. The house has everything you need to feel at home. We brought groceries in from a local market but mostly ventured to different restaurants. The two restaurants in Coral Estates are great and the bakery was a hit with my kids in the morning. This house is an excellent choice. Read every bit of the house description. The house is rented so there are some minor cosmetic flaws but nothing that takes away from the beauty of the home and the VIEW! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. You helped make our Christmas vacation a special one! Also, we did not have any issues with mosquitoes.

Wanted to stay forever

We loved this villa. Perfect size, incredible view, great pool and deck area. This house provides relaxation areas for every hour of the day- we were able to be in the sun but also out of the sun. The villa was well appointed. The view is spectacular and it is very safe. The pool was clear and the water was warm. There was always hot water and all appliances functioned as expected. The host and property managers were very responsive. The points to consider are there is no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. They do supply dishwasher soap and laundry soap. The neighbors are extremely noise sensitive so if you want music around the pool or children yelling and laughing be prepared for requests to be quiet. Finally the mosquitoes. Bring and use spray. I got less bites in the jungles of Colombia. Overall its a great place but like everywhere has its pros and cons. I still rated it 5 stars!

Shampoo, on the other hand, is a personal preference item that guests usually bring themselves — otherwise half the island would be arguing over coconut-vanilla vs. mint-eucalyptus. 😉 As for the neighbors, yes — they can be a little noise-sensitive at times. The good news is they’re vacationers too, not full-time residents, so it’s not year-round monk-level silence next door. And the mosquitoes… wow, they must have absolutely loved you. 😄 Either you have incredibly sweet blood, or the Colombian jungle mosquitos sent their cousins ahead of you. Beautiful property

The property was a expected from the pictures. It was safe, clean and perfect for our group of 8 friends. We had a few hiccups with plumbing and loud neighbors, but they were taken care of quickly. The pool and views were lovely, and we made the most of the kitchen for meals and cocktails.

Week in Paradise

This was our first trip to Curacao, and we can’t wait to come back. The house was exactly as pictured - beautiful views of the Caribbean and a lovely pool. The neighborhood, Coral Estates, is fantastic. Very secure, with great restaurants and amenities, and a great dive shop. Everything about the house, from check-in and check-out, to communication throughout the process was handled perfect.

We had the most incredible stay at this gorgeous home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning architecture, the attention to detail in every room, and, of course, the breathtaking ocean views. The infinity pool was the true centerpiece of our trip—perfectly positioned so you feel like you’re floating right into the horizon. Morning swims and sunset cocktails by the pool will be memories we’ll cherish forever.The home itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful View

Property was well situated near the most beautiful beaches on the island, which we frequented each day of our trip. And every evening we watched the sunset from the patio/pool. You just can't get a better view! The neighborhood also felt very safe and secure. Enjoyed our stay!

The property is as advertised. This property exceeded our expectations.

This was an outstanding property and location in Curaçao. The property exceeded our expectations and the location was unbelievable! Within walking distance of a private beach in Coral Estates and driving distance to so many beaches in the north part of Curaçao. This was our first visit to Curaçao and because of the property and our experience in the country we will be returning!

We had a great time. Fully stocked kitchen great layout. Deck and pool were wonderful. Enjoyed the resorts beach and Playa Porto Mari beach. We did not to use the Cabana. I recommend this Villa when visiting Curaçao. The Host was accommodating and helpful.

SPECTACULAR VIEWS WITH AMAZING ARCHITECTURE

This home has the most incredible views!! You will not want to leave!!! Ever!! It sits high on a cliff with the resort amenities just minutes away. I do recommend renting a car, as it is quite a journey down the cliff to the restaurants, spa, gift shop, and beach. We also enjoyed driving to take in all of the beauty this island has to offer. Willemstad is about 20 minutes away, and there were a lot of beaches, restaurants and entertainment on that side of the island. Overall, I would rate this property as my favorite in the Caribbean.

Villa with a view

Nice villa exactly as advertised. Lot of space indoor and outdoor. As comfy as it could get. Close to numerous beaches, including Karacter at 5-minute drive. Parking, long chairs and umbrellas easily available and free. Communication with owner and property management is easy. We had a great family time at the villa. And always nice sunsets to end the day !

We had a great time

It looks bigger and more impressive online. In person, it was so amazing how much smaller. We didn’t really have hot water until the last day, but it was so hot that we didn’t mind having a warm shower. It would be great to have two keys so when my teenagers went off, I could’ve given them a key. Overall, this was one of our best vacations

Gated Community in Coral Estates

This is a nice property with a great Infiniti pool and views. We never connected with property manager but we figured out how to operate everything in the home. The only downside is the homes are so close together so not much privacy in back. House is very pretty with a nice art deco vibe. Love the neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay.

Hello Shana, we are happy you enjoyed your stay. With respect to privacy, if you need a villa with no others around this would not be the property for you hence the reason we have a video of the area on VRBO listing and send Drone videos to potential guests as well. I reached out to property management, they tried several days in a row by leaving you a message to try and schedule a time. They drove by as well and you were not home. We always recommend guests pick a convenient time before arrival to schedule it otherwise our orientation videos are very helpful. Safe travels.

Delightful Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The property was exceptionally clean and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool and entertaining area – perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Each bedroom had air conditioning, which made sleeping at night very pleasant. While the common area does get warm during the day without A/C, opening the doors allows a refreshing breeze to flow through, which we really enjoyed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. Additionally, the resort offered many amenities as described in the listing, which added even more value to our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Spectacular view, modern home has it all!

I traveled from Florida for spring break vacation with my husband, two boys and (one that is in college) with his best friend as well, so there were five of us. We definitely could’ve had another family here. It’s hard to see in the pictures, but they actually have a separate Casita that another couple could stay in and have a very private room and bathroom. Infinity pool and View by far sells the house and it was perfect for us. We did rent a car so that we could go all over the island. However you can walk down to the coral Estates restaurant and pool area but it is a little bit of a walk and there are some steps so it’s about a 10 minute walk.
