Enjoy a wonderful stay in our lovely waterfront trailer located on Breezes Park with access to private lake (Fairy Lake, Acton). This trailer is perfect for 2 to 4 adults looking to relax and enjoy the scenery or explore the lake on kayak or fishing in the lake or enjoy hammock under the trees or enjoy some campfire under the stars.
I recently stayed here with my girlfriend for a night away out of the city and we both enjoyed ourselves very much. The cabin is very well maintained and has everything you will need for a night away.
Very nice location for quiet and peaceful getaway. Perfect spot on the lake. Had issues with remote for TV and internet was slow from time to time. Everything's clean but the sheets on the bed were stained.
Still enjoyed our stay very much
Very clean and beautiful place. Has everything you need for a perfect scenic getaway. Its right on the lake and the views are unreal and beautiful. The home is very modern, clean and beautiful. The host was very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property! The unit was clean and comfortable, and the location was so peaceful. We especially enjoyed the visit of a beautiful pair of swans and the sound of rain on the roof at night - a nice change from our dry Arizona Summer!
The owners responded very quickly to any questions or needs that we had. We would definitely recommend this spot for a relaxing get away.
This venue is amazing the view of Ferry Lake and all the birds ... the Trailer was amazing ...maybe could have provided more info about drinking tap water and use of tv and maybe a toaster.. But all in all a great experience..Kudos

This was a very nice accommodation, while it says 'tiny home', it is really an RV trailer. Everything was newer and worked well. The lake view was terrific and the option to use the kayaks was great. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate with us, so didn't get to enjoy the outdoor setting like we were hoping. Will consider staying there again.
Nice Rv in quiet trailer park. Beautiful setting with stunning lake views and cottage retreat feeling. You can take your coffee on the deck with geese swimming by. Bring your own bedding if you plan on using the pull out couch if more than 2 guests. The bathroom was overdue for a good scrubbing. We did get a lovely dozen red roses on the kitchen table and the fire place and lazyboy chairs were very cozy. The place is 30minute drive from Kipling metro station so it was perfect to get downtown and back quickly. Easy drive to Mississauga Heartland shopping and Square One mall. Host was very responsive and came to demonstrate the gas oven in person within 15 minutes of me texting. Would give 5 stars if it wasnât for cleanliness and beds.
I stayed for 1 night after i checked out host was saying that smells bad and charge me more.
From now on, donât take any more money under false pretenses like this.
Put a clause in your policy that says not to make fires, not to cook, and to ventilate on rainy days.
I have never smoked cigarettes or anything inside of trailer.
I'm giving it to you cause hope no one gets penalty next time when they visit.
It was an amazing experience,
Thank you so much, nature is amazing, everything is so clear and peaceful. I was pleasantly greeted that the truck has an air conditioner that works well, a clean shower room, you can safely walk barefoot in the truck, there is liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel ,towels in the shower. The kitchen has dishes, forks, knives, washcloths and even a net for grill and grill tongs.
When rain started we were pleasantly surprised that there is also chess and backgammon. Thank you very much because of you we finally had a well-deserved rest from work, this is a great place, I advise everyone!
My family and I reserved a six night just to get away from the city.
The accommodations where amazing, with all the comforts of home
1. Almost brand new trailer and deck.
2. Fresh and clean towels and bedding.
3. Lake side view, dock and 2 kayaks.
4. Good Internet access with Amazon
Fire stick.
5.The wild life are plentiful, Canadian
geese and two white swan's and
duck's and great fishing.
6. Great driving distance to stores and
tourist hotspots. We went to Elora
Quarry (2017 movie IT was filmed
there) great swimming spot. Just book
your pass online, it fills up quick
The trailer is well appointed clean and large. The bed is a king there are 2 movie watching chairs and a pull out sofa. The kitchen has an island gas stove full size fridge and many cabinets with things to find. The deck is large with many chairs to use. There is a fire pit and kayaks to use as well. The trailer is right by the water and the neighbours are out of sight. The sounds of geese flying over in the evening is nice. It did pour while we were there and the grounds were very wet and it was quite noisy in the trailer. The tv is excellent with prime included the air conditioning is excellent as well. The weather wasnât great while we were there so we didnât get to enjoy much of the outdoors. We travel around in the car and check out some of the towns near by lovely place and we would go there again
Had a great one-night stay w family after a nearby event. Chose this place vs airport hotel, as more interesting, and nature retreat. Was very pleased with location on lake and very modern trailer. Great amenities, enjoyed fire pit, drinks on dock, movies and inside fireplace.. Town 2 mins away. Couple things:
- should know lake not swimmable
- would help checkin to know itâs site #14
-we were 4, but the fold-out couch had no bedding, very glad we happened to bring sleeping bags or wouldâve froze
-only two towels in bathroom
Otherwise, was great!
directions on how to check in weren't clear. Even worse the pictures and description are pretty misleading. We were not told we would be booking an RV in a trailer park. I don't think we would have spent 600 on it if we knew.
there were parts of the floor that I genuinely felt might give in under me. The shower is small and leaks and the toilet makes the whole RV stink.
It's not a "tiny home". It's not nearly as secluded as the pictures make it look.. the water pressure is *bad* and the tv was damn near impossible to get working (remote not working despite changing batteries). Trying to give it a fair review is like pulling teeth.
If you're looking for a nice *trailer* to stay in, this isn't a bad option. But it is still a trailer, not a "tiny home", despite what impression the pictures and description (at the time of writing this) might lead you to believe.
Had an amazing stay. The tiny home is super clean and cozy. The location is perfect. Located in a trailer park, the location of the tiny home is set at the end of the park, facing the lake, so you donât feel like youâre in a park site. Waking up with a Lakeview is super serene. Close to Limehouse Conversation, perfect place for hiking and kayaking on site perfects the rental. Thank you!
