Lido Beach Getaway Condo

I absolutely loved everything about staying at this condo. It was close to downtown Sarasota and Saint Armand Circle. I felt like I had a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach. It was very easy to check in. It was the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation!

Property was clean, quiet, pool was great. The beach is a close walk across the street. Host had plenty of beach towels, 2 chairs and a beach bag which was awesome. Hosts responded immediately to one question regarding an earlier check in which was very nice. The condo is perfect for 2 but I couldn’t image 4 people trying to use one bathroom. I would suggest renting a car if going to St. Armand’s. The walk was very hot and took a good 15 minutes. We were there in October. Condo could use some updating but just from a cosmetic standpoint. Mattress was great!

The perfect beach resort

It was a very good place to stay. The location was amazing. As close to the beach as you can get without paying crazy prices. Perfect view from the windows. A comfy bed and quiet area. Awesome pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time in Lido Key! The beach is right across the road and St. Armand’s Circle is just a few blocks away. We would spend our days at the beach and head to the circle in the evenings for dinner and dessert! The pool was nice too. We absolutely loved exploring Anna Maria Island as well.

We were able to spend three wonderful weeks on Lido Key at a very nice location. The condo offered everything we needed. The communication with our hosts was very pleasant and we were able to benefit from a later check out which allowed us to stay almost an additional day.

Property was clean and has what you need including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Sugar sand beach across the street. Nice walk to St. Armands circle. 10 min drive over bridge to downtown Sarasota.

Perfect stay and location

Just the right size and location. Clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen items, very comfortable bed and chairs made a very comfortable stay. Ocean and sunset views from my windows, walking distance to St. Armand’s Circle shops and restaurants and a beach with concession stand across the street meant driving was not necessary.I hope to return next winter!

Staying with family members

Location perfect, many amenities within walking distance or accessible via the local shuttle. Cant beat being across from the beach. Nice kitchen amenities, we did not want for anything. The layout is most conducive for couples. There is a pullout sofa, however is was not easy for me to move the coffee table to access the bed.

Wonderful vacation

Staff was very accommodating and attentive. Apartment was clean and met all our needs. Grounds were well kept and location was perfect. Beach across the street and entertainment district was 5 blocks away. No need for a car.

A week in late January

We had an enjoyable week in Lido Beach and the location of this property was a convenient advantage. The old 2-story building is pretty much original but has been well maintained in the common areas. The space was somewhat dated but clean and had everything for our needs including beach gear. Hosts were responsive, informative and friendly. We had no need for service or assistance during our stay.

Wonderful Escape

This perfect spot is across the street from the beach. Up on the second floor, this is a sunny spot with well equipped kitchen, furniture, and an incredibly comfortable king size bed! The little pool is a nice option along with the grill. This is also located near the Lido Resort which has a nice Tiki bar with gorgeous sunsets and fun happy hour vibe. All the shops and more restaurants are nearby in St. Armands Circle.

Awesome Apartment

The apartment was extremely well equipped and had all the conveniences that one could want. The view of the Gulf of Mexico right outside the apartment was terrific and the sunsets were wonderful. My wife and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice getaway. Thank you!

Great location

Wonderful location across the street from the beach. Pool area also quite pleasant. The unit itself was well laid out, however the furnishings could easily use an upgrade. The floors were not really clean, there was only one beach towel, and the large bowl on the dining table had a large chip that was just replaced and fell off when the bowl was adjusted. Lots of beach amenities. Overall, great location but could use some inside upgrading.
