Senior citizens spring break

Enjoyed some great food in the area and of course the beach and sunsets.Would suggest additional lighting in the LR near the table in the corner, set of measuring cups and pot holders would have also been nice.

Wonderful location

Perfect spring break getaway for my family. Away from the busy spring breakers Lido was amazing and family friendly. Property was great for the five of us. Myself and four teens. Says sleeps six and would be true but pull out not to comfy for two to sleep on. That being said it it had all we needed t. B

The accomodations were exactly what we needed and wanted. Clean, close to beaches , st amarmands and neighboring towns, property owners are very nice and made our stay relaxed and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in the area. This has great proximity to everything we wanted to see. It was missing some comfortable furniture.

Loved our stay. Easy walk to St. Armands Circle, very close to Lido Beach. Everything you may need for a day at the beach! We did not use the items however was great to know for our next trip! Would stay here again Great host too! Thanks

It was perfect, very clean had more than enough dishes, towels, even had beach chairs with an umbrella. Perfect location and was truly a very short walk to the beach and to St Armand’s circle where there is everything from shopping to eating Great communication with Gino. Highly recommend

Perfect weekend getaway!!

Absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, everything in walking distance to shops, food, libations, and beach! The hosts were wonderful also. Excellent communication and reply time and the unit was so clean and well stocked. 💯 percent will stay here again and will refer to friends!!

Perfect Location

Property was in a perfect location without the need for a vehicle. Quick walk to the beach, and St. Armonds Circle and easy access to the Bay Runner trolly for travel to Downtown Sarasota made the stay perfect for an active couple. The property was very clean, well maintained and nicely equipped. Owners were friendly, and very responsive with communication and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Lido Key.

Just what we needed & location is key!

We love this area and it is pricey especially during spring break time. This condo was reasonably priced& just what we needed for a family girls trip-me and my daughter and my sister in law and 2 adult nieces. Right down the street from Lido Key Beach Resort where we typically stay. We enjoyed the short walk to beach... much closer than I thought it would be, the nice walk to St. Armand's circle, the trolley to Siesta Key, quick trip to/from airport and the hosts were very nice and attentive. We chose to eat out mostly but did place one whole foods delivery order for some basics. The condo has everything you need if you wanted to prepare meals in. Only recommendation I have is to upgrade the doors/locks to keypad entry vs. having to carry key all week and share amongst family members. Also- Lido Key beach has a bar, full snack bar with gluten free options which was key for us, bathrooms and a pool.

good for what we needed

my parents and I (adult) stayed here for a long weekend. It worked well for what we needed. Close walk to the beach and the Bay Runner Trolley stop that was able to take us to St Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota for additional activities without needing to uber/drive. The facility itself was sufficient. Had necessary amenities (minus a toaster). I was a bit bummed as I thought we would have private outdoor picnic/grill area based on the pictures but we were on the second level and these grill/patio areas appeared to be shared with the first level. Overall the place was fairly clean, but you can tell it has aged with some rusting, water leak in the bathroom faucet, and general outdoor wear on furniture and such. The decor inside is far from 5 stars and was kinda odd for a "beach house", but obviously didn't harm our ability to sleep at night. Pillows/bedding weren't the best which did impact my sleep. Overall it was nice for the price but not sure if we would stay again with so many other options in the area. Also, check in/check out process was a bit shady for my liking, but will leave those details out as to not risk harm to the business/property.

Location! Location! Location!

The property is clean, completely remodeled, equipped with all that you will need for you vacation. The owner Gino and his wife were delightful and responsive. The beach was a 4 minute walk in a safe friendly neighborhood. We watched the gorgeous sunset each night and took in all the beauty! Also, a great location for an 8 minute walk to St. Armands Circle for shopping, entertainment and wonderful restaurants. You will have to make reservations early in the day to make sure you get a table and well worth it. The food is fabulous! Gino thought of everything for the out of town vacationer. We had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and and a beach wagon for our beach excursions. There are 2 gas grills to use which I thought was a lovely touch. The kitchen is well stocked with basic items to dine in. We went to Publix and stocked up on the necessary items to enjoy some meals in. The stove, although it looks dated, worked perfectly. It was nice to have some basics like salt/pepper, sugar etc. Upon entering we were provided with a container of antibacterial wipes and our own container of disinfectant. A nice touch in times of COVID. The only item we did not find were cooking sheets for the oven. I'm certain if we called Gino he would have brought some over to us but it wasn't really a big deal. There were 2 cons about the property and both are fixable. The keys to get in the unit were tricky at best. I feel that changing out the locks to a keyless entry would be much better. If someone leaves the unit and locks it from the outside (which my husband did), you need to have a key inside to get out. I had left my key in the car however the sliding glass door could easily be used as an emergency exit so there is not safety issue as you can still get out. The other item is when showering there is a piercing sound. Another unit had it as well and we could hear it. Something to look at. If I could have gone up to 10 stars, I would have. You can't go wrong by staying here and we will no doubt be back to stay! It was perfect! Thank you so much for hosting us. It was wonderful.

Perfect Location and Fantastic Apartment

Extremely walkable to both St Armands circle and Lido Beach. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need for a beach vacation - chairs, towels, cooler and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Sarasota area.
