Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this home.
- Please note this unit is located on the second floor.
-Please note that it is mandatory for all guests to fill out our own company check-in form with ID verification for future reference. Please be assured that we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your information.
- Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
-There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture.
-Pets allowed upon approval and under 30 pounds. Guest may not bring pet unless first approved and upon receipt of cleaning fee. Must get approval from host first. An extra cleaning fee of $200 per pet must be paid by guest upon booking along with a $250 refundable pet deposit.
. Pets not allowed on any furniture. If pet hair found on furniture, there will be an extra charge of $500, in addition to the pet cleaning fee.
-Failure to report the accurate number of pets will result in a nonrefundable security deposit.
-Cats are not approved
-No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. There is a $35 dollar charge for each outside guest. Should number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund.
-There is a late checkout charge of $150, unless host gives a late check out complimentary.

There is a required monthly cleaning fee to be scheduled monthly of $115 a month. This monthly cleaning fee is required every 30 days of the duration of the reservation and Guests are required to schedule it and a request for payment will be sent.

-This apartment is 1 of 7 units in the apartment complex. This unit is an upstairs unit, located on the second floor. The front yard in the apartment is a shared area in the apartment complex.
-The apartment suite is completely private to you with your own personalized check-in code.
-The suite shares walls with other units. -There is a washer and dryer available in the apartment complex that you can use with an app.
-Guest who violate the rules or who do not check out on time, or cancel the reservation, forfeit their right to leave a public review.
-We have the right to decline guest with negative ratings or no reviews. A rating of 5 required to book this home.
-Please note that if you are under 25, we may decline your booking request and/or cancel your reservation.
If you have no reviews on your AirBnB profile or if your rating is below 5 stars, we may decline your booking request and/or cancel your reservation.
No Smoking allowed in unit. There is a $500 violation fee if the the unit smells like smoke inside. Smoking is allowed outside. $150 late checkout fee.
If subsequent guests, with reservations booked on AirBNB or other platforms, are unable to use the property or access their reserved room(s) due to any action by you not limited to lost keys, locked doors, accessibility issues, damaged furniture, smoking, lead times for replacement items, damage to the property or violation of house rules, you are financially responsible for the lost revenue, discounts, or compensation afforded to them by us for the inconvenience.
You agree that you’re booking in good will with your host and you will not attempt to damage your host’s business because you’re unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or you lose a resolution.

- By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this home. We are not responsible for items left behind. If you have a question or concern please message us. Our priority is in creating a 5-star experience.

Beautiful Peaceful Spot
This quiet upstairs unit in Long Beach was just perfect. Host Melissa was very communicative with an easy check-in. We were in town for the Long Beach Grand Prix, and the included garage parking was invaluable! Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bathroom, all located in a quaint walking neighborhood, close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much, we added an extra day—the hosts were super nice and accommodating! Will definitely come to Long Beach again and hope to stay at this perfect location! Thank you Zev and Melissa!

Nice property
Nice and clean. Very close to the beach. Not too far to walk to shops and restaurants in Belmont Shore. Great to have a dedicated parking spot in a pinch. At times noise from the neighbors can get a little loud. I thought this rental was a bit on the pricier side, but it is clean and good location.

Amazing place and excellent location
Melissa is a great host and communicator. I have been using VRBO for over 2 decades and this place is on my top 3 list. It is modern, clean, including all the amenities you will ever need. Even the small personal touches like including snacks and chocolate on the bed makes it so welcome. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and quiet that included the accessibility to garage makes this number one in my book. The flexibility which allows travelers not to worry about looking for parking is one less headache to deal with. I highly recommend this lovely apartment as it is safe, quiet, and close everything. And the fact the beach is walking distance is why my wife fell in love with this location. When we come back to Long Beach, this is certainly the place to stay. Thank you so much Zev and Melissa for hosting.

The hosts were most accommodating. This is a neighborhood (Belmont Shores, Long Beach, CA) we lived in for several years around the turn of the century. Half a block from the Pacific, private garage in an area where parking is problematic. Very tastefully decorated with new stainless steel appliances, air conditioned, lots of TV streaming platforms, quiet, laundry on site. Just a lovely experience.
