Highly recommend this property

We stayed in this condo for 3 months. We have already rented it for next year. It is very comfortable and clean. The entire complex is quiet. I would highly recommend this property for a short or an extended stay.

We extend our appreciation to the Michigan people that have left this house better than when they arrived!. The wife certainly does have a ladys touch.maybe they are doing better than we are and we thought we are doing okay.however we are looking forward to there arrival to little sunny mesquite this year. our best and thanx once again for the good you do in this world of ours we all share!we are always in the process of upgrading and making things better as we go along.

Nice property

Condo was very clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at more than a dozen different properties in The Springs and this one was comparable as far as comfortable beds, furniture, kitchen supplies, etc. My only complaint was I’ve never had to pay extra for WiFi as required by this owner.

Great fit for our trip!

The condo was clean, good location, quiet, and was a good fit for my family. Nicely furnished. The only disappointment was the hot tub and gym were closed due to Covid and we did not know this ahead of time. Will book again if we visit Mesquite in the future.

Linda broke our house rules on the checkout she would not take or recieve our phone calls to check out with us over the phone.she left the property with out calling us to checkout.very difficult to speak with and satisfy we extended an early check in at no charge.she agreeded the condo was clean upon arrival and then later said it was not upon leaving the property.she complained about the screws not being tight on the toilet seat in master bathroom .both she and her husband combed through our real good property and complained about anything trivial they could find that was unimportant.yes we agree with there review we will not rent to them again.in mesquite Nevada.very unreliable unresponsible.people to deal with.

We stayed in this unit for February and March 2018 and overall had a great experience.

The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to all questions and issues. The washing machine quit about halfway through our stay. He quickly had a repairman check it out and ultimately had a new machine delivered and installed within a few days. The unit was clean and the living space was perfect for our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable. We didn't find the chairs in the living room to be particularly comfortable, but there was nothing really wrong with them. Also, the wi-fi worked great. The location is very central and offered several opportunities for good walks, and is close to a couple of golf courses. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was very nice. It was very clean

Loved the location. Within walking distance of a movie theater and the pool and hot tub were just around the corner from the condo. Inside was very clean and had everything we needed. I hope to stay there again with our next trip down.

Disappointed by Owner's reaction

Although the condo was clean, the wifi did not work for my families visit. Although my husband tried to text the owner for assistance, he was met with insults and no help. My husband did not have wifi or cell service while in the condo so was unable to call the owner for assistance. The owner said we were breaking the house rules of not contacting him during the visit by text, but my husband had no other way to reach him. The owners suggestion was to drive to the nearby casino and use the internet in the parking lot. My husband is legally blind so this option was not viable. My husband was promised that the internet worked. Upon checking out, my son received an angry call from the owner saying he needed to learn how to communicate. In addition, he said his maid was asking for more money to clean the condo since it was left such a mess. My son assured me he followed the checking out instructions and left the condo clean. When I returned the owner's call Friday night, he called my husband and son liars, thieves and trash. I asked him to send me photos of the condition of the condo, but he did not. After calling the Mesquite Police Department, they recommended we return and take our own photos. We live on the East coast, so how were we supposed to protect ourselves. The police understood that we felt like we were being scammed of our deposit as well as the extra $65 we spent on internet. We technically had the rental until Saturday so the police agreed it was in our best interest to take our own photos. When my husband and son returned from the Las Vegas Airport which was a 90 minute ride each way as well as another rental car charge, they asked the neighbor whom the owner communicates with to accompany them into the condo. The condo was spotless with no items missing or damaged. We have the video. The neighbor confirmed the maid had only taken the usual hour that it normally takes to clean the condo. I know from now on, we will take detailed photos and videos of any house we stay in as well as videos and photos upon departure. Never had I expected to receive this type of treatment.

Quiet, Clean andConvenient

This condo is in a good place. Close to the casino and all golf courses. The garage is helpful for peace of mind. Had a great time and the pool was refreshing. Will love to come back soon.

tall 9 foot walls....alot of morning sun through the glass in front.real good bed to sleep on and we enjoyed the soft water in both showers...a fabulous open kitchen with island,also the property had internet that was pretty fast.very clean and quiet.close to the casa blanca casino,and fabulous walking and biking trails close to the virgin river,a very good impreson when we walked in ,give this one a try.*****

Great and Functional Property

Owner is very attentive and made sure we had everything needed ahead of our visit. Layout of unit is great for our family of five with 3 young boys. Very quiet as this is second floor unit over garages, and never heard a garage door or anyone coming or going in other units. Nice balcony and mountain views. Well equipped condo with laundry which is key in our family. Pool area and workout rooms are nice amenities. Flooring is going to be replaced throughout unit soon and going to hardwood floors which will be a great update. Only two minor issues and did not derail visit - a) unit needs a good deep clean. There was some confusion and access issues with housekeeper ahead of our visit. b) pool is supposed to be heated, but was hovering in high 50 degree to low 60 range. Hot tub was great!!

FALSE, we the owners explained and expressed several times with peter the wifi is present in this condomnium, however there is a second charge for the auxillary service above the charge of the rent.this condominium is professional cleaned before every booking, i personally had peter on the line when he enterd, i asked him straight up if the condomnium was cleaned to his satisfaction? his exact words were ...Yes everything looks fine... in the future he will not be returning to our property.we the owners have disputed this review if it is not deleted.we have 16 5 star reviews......

A Beautiful Condo In Beautiful Mesquite, NV!

We were very impressed with this beautiful condo! It was clean and met all of our needs! We enjoyed every second we were there and would stay there again, in a heart beat! The owner was very helpful at all times......literally just a phone call away when we had any questions at all about anything to do with the condo or Mesquite! We would highly recommend this condo!

Nice, Quiet property close to everything.

Great condo in a quiet complex. Easy access off the freeway and close to the main drag. Owner was great to work with and very conscientious of making sure that everything was great. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dry essentials and was well maintained. Plenty of bedding, towels, and toiletry items. We would definitely look at staying here again!

Best 3 days in mesquite

This was the funnest 3 days we've ever had in mesquite. We come here often and this was our first time dealing with Homeaway. Cooper was so easy to work with. The condo was just like we were at our own home. So clean and no stand out smells like you get in motels. To be able to stay with all of us in one place was so fun. We loved the pool and hot tub. We will definitely use Homeaway again. Thanks again to Cooper for the beautiful home!

Good location

Mesquite is close to all of our favorite hiking trails - namely Zion National Park (1.5 hour drive), Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs and Valley of Fire. The condo itself is only 1/2 block away from a 5-mile walking/biking trail. We enjoyed walking this trail every morning. We appreciated the open concept of the kitchen/living/dining rooms. However, over the years, we have rented 25 condos around the country. Comparing this condo to the other 24, this one fell below our expectations. Firstly, we were told that WiFi was available in the Clubhouse. It is not. Taking trips to the local Library to access the Internet was an inconvenience. Also, we found the torn plastic on the dining room chairs very uncomfortable. The plastic runners over the dingy carpeting posed a safety hazard. The condo supplied the basic kitchen needs. Upon arrival, we had to go shopping for clothes hangers because none were available (first time ever). All in all, this condo proved to be an adequate rental.

Excellent Rental Property!!!

The property is very well maintained, beautifully decorated with a great floor plan, fully stocked with both household and kitchen supplies, has plentiful parking, and is conveniently located to all the attractions and shops. The property owner is easily accessible, very responsive, helpful and informative. I highly recommend this rental and plan to return on my next visit.

Nice, clean and quiet property

The listing was accurate and it was clean and well-maintained. Owner was responsive and thorough in describing directions, etc. It was a nice property and we would recommend it to others. We were there mostly to golf at various courses in the Mesquite area and to hike in the "Valley of Fire." Relaxing place to come back to, although the couch was a little too soft for us, the chairs in the living room were very comfortable.

LOVELY CONDO!

It is with GREAT pleasure to have dealt with the owner of this condo - very quick in responding to all our correspondences, helpful with recommendations and information! KUDOS, to the owner! The condo accommodations met ALL our needs for the 6 nights we stayed in this home away from home condo with pride of ownership...clean, comfy (bed too), user friendly kitchen, quite and relaxing, and great location. We highly recommend this lovely condo!
