Sugar St. Nampa Home | Hot Tub | Greenbelt | Downtown
The Sugar house is a custom built home situated right next to Indian Creek with mature trees and a walking path. It's nestled in a quiet established neighborhood in Nampa, Idaho. It's secluded but close to shopping, 10 minutes from the freeway. A great location to visit family or a nice retreat while in town for work. This home is set up for 8-10 guests, 4-6 adults comfortably and a slew of kiddos. Nampa opened it's amalgamated sugar plant in 1942. "Sugar" plays a big role in Nampa!
**Please Note:** This home is professionally cleaned and maintained, but as a lived-in rental, **normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic blemishes, or light scuffs/dings may be present**. These do not affect the functionality or comfort of your stay. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to address any issues that arise during your visit.
We stayed for my wife's birthday and had two additional guests stay with us. The fenced yard, the bedroom-living areas, the hot tub, and the garage all added to a great stay. I highly recommend staying here.
Enjoyed our stay. The room with the bunks the 3 16-17 year old boys with us mustâve summoned their inner child because they made a fort in their room đ
House is clean, comfortable and loved that back patio.
We ran into a few problems while on our trip and Bryce and Callie did everything possible to make everything right and help us in anyway they could! They were amazing to work with and their properties were beautiful!
Home and accommodation was really nice. Gutters had debri hanging off and back deck area needed a blower. Getting entrance into property was difficult and took about an hour. The location was good and the inside was clean and nice. Over all, we had a great stay.
The house and amenities were fantastic. It felt like home away from home, and we were allowed to bring our ten year old golden retriever too. The house is in an ideal location to go around Nampa as well as get on the interstate to head to Boise. The only issue was the street noise at times, but I would not let that deter from staying here; I would return in a heartbeat.
We came to town for our granddaughter's graduation. Our accommodations were spot on perfect for us . The spa was a big hit for the grandkids as well as ourselves. The house was spotless, the yard was perfect for our dog. Great trip overall enhanced by our VRBO.
We found that this property was remodeled and ultimately had nice finishes. Unfortunately we found that the hot tub was unusable and had 0 chlorine. When we brought it to the owners attention he replied it was "certainly usable." Overall just felt like i was ignored and the issue was not addressed. This did not sit very well with me at all. We proceeded to find large hair balls in the closet and ants in the shower in the master. Overall if this property was cleaned better and maintained it would be a great place to stay. The owner did offer a partial refund but i was not impressed with our interaction.
My family enjoyed this clean, newly remodeled home 5 minutes from NNU. We were in close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The private backyard with a hot tub and bistro lights were perfect for gathering at the end of the day.
This place is a hidden gem. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything was clean and new, the beds/bedding were incredibly comfortable, there were plenty of clean towels and extra linens. The outside space really made this place stand out and Iâd love to come back during the spring/summer! Thanks for sharing this space with us.
Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. Weâre passionate about our homes because weâve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families. We know what we like in a home and what we would need when we're traveling away from home. Weâre excited to pass on memory making opportunities with you in the homes that we are able to share!
