Owl House - Rare Sedona Pool Spa Oasis

This cozy and chic 4 bedroom /3 bath West Sedona home feels like a true getaway. Relax and soak in the private pool and spa after world class hiking and adventure. Entertain in the spacious patio with gas grill and fire pit. Recline on the outdoor deck (also with fire pit), perfect for stargazing and reconnecting with family and friends.

This home is hard to leave, but even more welcoming after enjoying the spectacular outdoor adventures, rejuvenating energy and stunning vistas that Sedona affords. Thunder Mountain views abound around the home as well as other awesome red rock scenery.

Home is perfectly located off Hwy 89 and a short stroll to local favorite wine bar, Vino Di Sedona. Come sample great wines, beer on tap, and tasty food all while listening to nightly music inside or on the patio. Grab a healthy acai bowl, smoothie or coffee from Berry Devine, also walking distance.

Study the great hiking resources, trail map, and other adventure options in the home as well as enjoy playing the variety of fun games with family and friends. Relax in the evening watching a movie on the smart tv, ping pong, dart board and play cornhole outside while you enjoy the view. Or venture into the outdoor spa/pool and soak while enjoying the spectacular Sedona night skies or around the fire pit.

Home boasts four spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom: oversized room with a king size bed, walk in closet, huge shower with steamer and large soak tub.

Second and third bedrooms are at the opposite end of the home and share a bathroom. Second bedroom has two queen beds; third bedroom has one queen bed. The fourth bedroom, which is smaller, has a queen-sized bed and direct access the third bathroom. Bedroom is off the rec room, and bathroom is accessible to both rooms.

Large washer and dryer to refresh your belongings as needed.

The rec room overlooks the pool and back patio dining/bbq space. Practice yoga or meditation here, or relax and choose from a variety of family game options. Rec room has a 70 inch smart tv, ample seating to enjoy a movie, ping pong, darts, and other games, as well as a second refrigerator for storing extra food and beverages for your group.

Our well-stocked kitchen allows for cooking a nice meal. Each morning, take advantage of the many options for making your favorite morning beverage and head outside to peacefully enjoy the gorgeous Thunder Mountain views from the back patio or front Adirondack chairs. Plenty of space to store your bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Small cooler in the pantry available for loading up with ice, cold beverages and lunch to take to Slide rock [check out popular Slide Rock State Park] or any other hiking/biking area for your vehicle for après hiking/biking.

Our home is located in West Sedona and very close to Uptown Sedona restaurants and the famous Tlaquepaque arts and shopping village. A car is a must for getting around Sedona, however, as we are close to Hwy 89, you may choose the Verde Shuttle that travels around town as needed. If part of your group goes hiking or exploring in one direction with the car, you can easily catch the shuttle and head Uptown for a day of shopping. Guests have access via a smart lock door with code. No need to worry about losing or remembering your key!

Other things to note:

Home comes with spa and refreshing plunge pool. Guests may heat and use the spa any time for no extra charge. Pool heating requires advance notice and extra fee [$75 per night or flat rate of $250 for a stay of 4 nights or longer]. If you would like the pool heated in spring or fall while it's still warm enough to enjoy outdoors areas, please let us know and we will charge the fee via AirBnb, with your confirmed approval. We do not offer pool heating in the winter. Also, if desired, please request to have the pool heated prior to your arrival as it takes about 24 hours to do so.
