This Pelican Watch villa is a desirable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom two story end unit with two waterfront decks, two living areas, loads of natural light, tranquil views and amenity cards for Seabrook Island Club to enhance your stay on Seabrook.

On the upper level, there is a large open kitchen with cathedral ceilings, quartz counters and custom maple cabinets with cottage shaker style doors anchored by a center island overlooking the dining and sitting area. All appliances are high end and there is a built-in flat screen TV mounted in a cabinet for kitchen viewing. Grab a snack seated at the bar, dine at the table seating 6 or alfresco on the water facing deck.

Downstairs the large living area is warmly appointed in earth tones with hardwood flooring, an entertainment center with a flat screen TV, sound system and DVD player and a sleeper sofa for an additional guest. A convenient kitchenette area with a granite counter offers a microwave and beverage refrigerator for snacks downstairs. It has its own mini split HVAC system to control this downstairs den area. Extra windows offer great light and views with custom plantation shutters for shade and privacy.

The king bedroom suite is located on the upper level with a king bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower, double vanity sink area and granite top. Bedroom 2 is downstairs with two twin beds, a flat screen TV and a mini split HVAC system to individually control this bedroom. Bedroom 3 houses a twin over double bunk bed, a flat screen TV, and also features its own mini split HVAC system. A sleeper sofa offers extra sleeping for one or two young people. The second full bath has granite tops, double vanity sinks and a stall shower with a full size, high quality washer/dryer.

This beachfront villa offers furnished waterfront decks on each level. The downstairs deck is covered and has great views towards the sunrise, ocean side, the upper deck offers great views and sun! These Seabrook condos boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
