Listen to the sounds of nature and soak up tranquil marsh views from your expansive screened porch when you stay at 2011 Marsh Walk Villa on Seabrook Island. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom marsh front villa located on the first floor offers modern interiors with high-end furnishings.
2011 Marsh Walk boasts stylish organic modern interiors with a balanced mix of modern lines and crisp surfaces contrasted with natural forms and a neutral palette. The unit is decorated with a heavy emphasis on soft, organic, sustainable and reclaimed materials that are harmonious with nature and designed to encourage a getaway mindset. Upgrades include custom furniture made from pine, iroko and mango woods, new luxury vinyl flooring, quality WiFi, a large SMART TV for your entertainment, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all new cookware and utensils. This villa even offers a washer/dryer set for in house laundry use, so that you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores.
The two bedrooms offer a night of luxury with new beds, fresh organic linens and all the comforts of home. The primary bedroom is beautifully appointed with a Queen bed, ceiling fan to keep the fresh ocean air circulating, a streaming TV for your entertainment, and a full private bath with a shower/tub combination. The same theme carries through to the guest bedroom featuring two Twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination conveniently located in the hallway.
This screened porch is one of the best across the island, overlooking the tranquil marsh and offering a serene space to gather and take in the scenic views.
This villa also conveniently offers covered parking for two just beneath the unit, close to an elevator for ease of access and no hassle when carrying in groceries or beach gear after a long day!
Marsh Walk Villas Seabrook are located at the front of the island near the Racquet Club and Lake House with a community pool for guests. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.
Seabrook Island Amenities: Your stay does NOT include amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club. If you would like to purchase amenity cards for your stay, please contact our local reservations team.
Pool Access: Community Pool for Marsh Walk Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
Beach Access: Beach access is located at Boardwalk 9, just a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride away.
Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this villa.
