The lower level kitchen is anchored by custom cherry cabinets, a commercial grade wine cooler, second wall oven and warming drawer and beverage storage. This service area overlooks the downstairs media room with a huge HDTV integrated with the SONOS audio system.
Adult couples will appreciate dual master suites with king beds and luxurious custom tile baths. The soaking tub is nestled under sky lights where you can watch the stars at night. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the lower level. Bedroom 3 is also on the oceanside, featuring a king bedroom. An additional, cozy den with wall mounted TV and daybed is attached to this bedroom and a full bath with custom tile shower is just outside. The fourth bedroom, across the hall from the king bedroom, offers two twin beds, flat screen TV and full private bath with custom tile shower.
