Coastal Coconut Cove near Anna Maria Island
Beautiful house that is located in west Bradenton, Florida, and just 10 minutes from gorgeous Anna Maria Island. Anna Maria Island is known for having 7 miles of the most beautiful white-sand beaches in the country. This house is in a great end cul-de-sac location in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, shopping, and many restaurants. Take a walk or bike ride into Palma Sola to Portosueno Park and see the Manatees, or a little further to Palma Sola Bay and watch the swimming horses!
The space:
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom. There is a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. There are two roll-away beds that can be kept in the master bedroom or could be placed in the large living room. Comfortable living room with a sectional couch and 75 inch TV with Netflix, Hulu, and more! There is a kitchen table with 6 chairs but there is also seating just off the kitchen in the Florida room. There is also outdoor seating in the front of the house.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire house. The washer and dryer are located in the garage.
Other things to note:
We provide beach accessories such as towels, floaties, boogie boards, chairs, etc... You will also have access to bicycles to ride around the neighborhood or to the local shopping center.
This house does back to a major road making it convenient to get places but can cause noise during the day, especially at high traffic times. Please be aware that traffic can sometimes be heard within the house.

Everything about our stay was great! Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of space, beach towels…there was everything we could possibly need for a short or extended stay. And so clean! The home is so well cared for, and so much thought has gone into making sure that the guests needs are completely met. The location is central to everything - shopping, the beaches, restaurants. Definitely a place we’d be happy stay at again.

Coconut Cove was a great fit for our family and had tons of extra amenities. It was the perfect layout for 2 couples as the living room and kitchen areas separated the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was in a very safe neighborhood and I felt very comfortable going for my morning runs even before dawn. We spent the Thanksgiving holiday here and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with all we needed for our baking and cooking. When we inquired about an item that we did not see, the owners were quick to offer to make arrangements for us to get it. They were extremely accommodating and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed that week.

Great accommodations!
The home was perfect for us attending a family wedding nearby, and also spending time at the beach! Great location and neighborhood. Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful with any inquiries we had. The coffee bar, bikes and outside sitting areas were nice extras to enjoy.

Perfect location, very clean, great layout of rooms, and everything that you need. Just pack your suitcase, because this rental has everything! Loved our stay and can’t wait until we return! Communication was top notch, Cindy responded within minutes of any questions we had.

The Coconut Grove
The place was great, well equipped, never had to go and get anything out of the ordinary, it was already there. Probably the cleanest place I ever stayed at. The only problem I had with the place was the road noise, but they do give you fair warning. I would stay there again in a minute.

Our stay at Coconut Cove was just great! The location was perfect for all of our outings during the day/night during our stay. Which were in Anna Maria Island, Palmetto & Sarasota. Greg & Cindy were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property!

Fun Family Getaway
This was one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. The home was so well stocked, that it felt like we were staying with family. Our kids loved the ping pong table and toys. We also made good use of the boogie boards. The location was on a quiet residential street and was close to the beaches and nature preserves.

Great place for a small family!
Very comfortable and perfect location for going to the beach and hitting up a baseball game. Being just off the island also made it very convenient for meeting friends in Bradenton. Hosts were very helpful responding to questions amd giving us tips on places to go. We loved the thoughtful touches like beach gear, coolers and towels, the ping pong table, coffee bar, and all the basic cooking supplies we needed.

Awesome!
Perfect location! Just 15 minutes to the beach. Grocery stores just minutes from the house. The home was clean and spacious. Cornhole, ping pong, and bikes available to use. The host was very quick to respond when I had questions. We will definitely come back.

A wonderful place to stay.
My wife and I rented the VRBO to stay near her parents and accommodate both she and I, her uncle, and her brother, all of whom came in from out of town, to help her dad celebrate his 85th birthday. Even though only three of us stayed at the home, it’s the perfect size for two couples or a small family. We were able to gather as a small group and spend lots of quality family time on the premises. We regularly ate in the screened in patio that was kept cool by the cross breeze and ceiling fan and prepared some wonderful meals in the kitchen. What we liked: quiet neighborhood, proximity to Ana Maria Island, proximity to shopping on Manatee And Cortez Ave, proximity to Desoto Park and Robinson preserve, proximity to downtown, access to bikes, plenty of towels and beach towels, ability to grill, ability to wash and dry clothes,, very fair price for all it had to offer, and our hosts, Greg and Cindy, who were always quick to respond and super kind when we had questions or if we had minor needs. They were extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
