Relax on the River - cozy cottage with ocean breezes

Close to downtown Melbourne and the beaches and approximately an hour to Orlando theme parks and Cape Canaveral, this cottage faces the Indian River Lagoon where dolphins cruise, schools of fish swim, and birds hang out. Sit on the deck, enjoying your favorite beverage, while gentle breezes come off the Atlantic or have lunch on the outdoor eating area under the oaks. Light and airy, the cottage is open floor plan with a living area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Washer/dryer is onsite.

Please note the cottage is on our property. You'll walk by our home to get to the cottage, which is closer to the river. Note: We can't see into the cottage, can't see you when you're on the deck, and protect your privacy (unless you need us). Some of our guests prefer it that way and many will engage us if we're outside. We do have 2 rescue beagles who are on leash in the backyard. They like 'pets'; please feel free to respond to their requests!

While there is a dock on the site, it is not available to guests at this time.
