Access to the entire home is granted, with the exception of locked closets and doors, safeguarded by an alarm system. For your convenience, personalized access codes ensure a secure and hassle-free entry process.

As your hosts, we are committed to ensuring a memorable stay. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, respecting the serene ambiance of our well-maintained neighborhood. To maintain the integrity of our property and uphold safety standards, we kindly request no parties, events, or additional guests without prior approval.

CHILDREN: We are happy to have children of all ages, but please note: we have NOT baby-proofed or child-proofed the home. There are a lot of stairs. We also do NOT have amenities specifically for children such as games, baby gates, crib, pack-n-play, etc.

DOGS: We are currently NOT pet friendly.

Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict NO-SMOKING policy. Any signs of smoking inside the unit will result in additional fees. If guest smoke in the house they will automatically be charged an additional $350

This property is thoroughly clean after each guest. Our guests health and safety are our top priority.

For new profiles, a refundable damage deposit and additional screening may be required. Rest assured, our goal is to provide you with a flawless experience from check-in to check-out.

Guest will have access to the entire home, except locked closets/ doors. Please do not tamper with the lock or access the closet as there is an alarm on the door. Any tampering and missing items will be charged to the guest.

Please treat the home with respect. If any questions or problems, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

The home itself is alarmed. We will send over information about how to access the home with your own personalized code.

OTHER:
Guest booking must be over 23 years old.

New Profiles with zero to 3 reviews/ ratings will be required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of stay after inspection of the property.

In addition, guests with new profiles & without reviews will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation can be confirmed

Any missing or damaged items from the home will be charged to the guest.
***A copy of a governmental ID and a current photo may be required for check-in.

Once you receive your personalized access code:
• Guest will receive a personal 4-digit numeric code
• Ultra-secure: guest codes are deleted after each stay
