Our hostess, Alexandra, was so helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond.The house was amazing with each bedroom having its own bathroom / shower/ tub facility. Two large gathering rooms with a beautiful, comfortable veranda with barbeque, large tables ans infinity poolAn amazing place to sit, watch the waves, feel the comfort of the ocean breeze.Warning, this place will make you fall in love with Playa Potreo. Can't praise this place enough.Highly recommend this home!

Great Getaway

Property was in the perfect location. On the Pacific coast with birds, monkeys, sloths, butterflies, in addition to some wonderful people, including staff at the wonderful house. A perfect vacation 😍

Great house, can accommodate easily 2-3 families. Location is amazing, perfect beach, walking distance from restaurants & markets. Friendly and helpful staff helped make our stay a great one.

Hard to leave!

Perfect spot for family vacation. Lots of restaurants in walking distance plus 3 grocery stores for anything else you might need. Spent most of our time out on patio by the pool. Sunsets were amazing!

10/10 property was incredible and looked better than the pictures! Alex the coordinator was amazing and set up all of our transportation and excursions (which were all amazing). Loved that we could walk on the beach or street to get to bars, restaurants and grocery stores. Would 💯 recommend!

My family had a great time staying at this hidden gem! There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was very clean and well stocked, and the sunsets were unbeatable! We would love to come back. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Relaxing tropical getaway

The views at this house are second to none! If you like sitting in an infinity pool while watching the ocean waves crashing is appealing, this is the place for you. You easily can switch between the beach, pool and in-town bars/breweries all located in a tropical paradise. Very solid 👌

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Management

The house and location could not have been better! The team that helped take care of us was top notch: Alexandra (concierge), Marvin (grounds keeper) and Eduardo (transportation). Everyone was extremely helpful, patient and kind. I would highly recommend Casa de Suenos!

Casa de Suenos

The house was so much bigger than we expected. The gathering spaces are incredible. We spent a lot of time in the outside area where you can hear the waves rolling in. Marvin, Alejandra, and Jimmy were all very helpful. This was a wonderful place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at this 6-bedroom villa in Potrero. The standout was the concierge, Alexa — she was truly the best part of the trip. She made everything effortless for our group, from arranging transportation to booking excursions and answering any random questions we had along the way.The house itself was fantastic: every bedroom had strong A/C (a must in Costa Rica), and the views of the beach from the living room were absolutely stunning. We also loved the whole-home speaker system — having music flowing throughout the house added so much to the vibe and made it feel like a true vacation retreat.Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. The villa is conveniently close to the main strip in Potrero, so we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and anything we needed without hassle.We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group.

Great location

We really enjoyed all the amenities that the villa had to offer from bikes to paddle boards and boogie boards. The sunsets were amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the back deck each evening. Thee were lots of restaurants close by. The house was very spacious and very comfortable for our group of 8. Alex was also very responsive with all of our questions. We would definitely return.

Excellent

Our group of ten (six kids and four adults) had an excellent experience with this large and spacious property. Alexandra coordinated our excursions and transfers; Marvin took care of us on the property; and Josselyn cooked an amazing meal. Christian and Eduardo were great drivers. We highly recommend this house and all of the experiences and people that come with it.

Great place

This home was fantastic. We feel that the actual place was even better than the pictures, The views of the beach and water were spectacular with beautiful sunsets every night. We were a family ranging in age from 3 to 73. Everyone was happy and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Marvin, the property caretaker, was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions that we had. We felt very save and secure. We highly recommend.

Friend Trip to Remember

11 of us traveled from NC to CR for 6 days of adventure. Casa de Suenos offered everything we needed to relax and enjoy each others' company. It was the perfect set up for 5 couples and 1 single. The caretaker, Marvin, went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us with errands. I would highly recommend the area of Playa Portero. It was quiet and very quaint. Definitely not an area overrun with tourists. We will be back! PURA VIDA!

First Time Costa Rica Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at the Casa Suenos. It was our first time visiting Costa Rica and the house had all the amenities we were looking for; i.e, bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, the infinity pool, outdoor eating area, beachfront, kayaks, paddle boards, short walking distance to restaurants,etc.. Our property manager was wonderful and always got back to us in a timely manner. Alex booked us several tours during our stay and arranged all our transportation while we here. The tours we took; i.e. Coffee tour, Congo trail zip lining/ATVs, Jet skiing and private boat excursion, were all phenomenal. Our family had a great time. Everyone we met were so helpful and we hope to come back here again soon!

This property was very clean and the location was second to none! The access to the beach was wonderful and there were several restaurants and a grocery store in close proximity making meal choices convenient. There were six of us in our group, but the house could have easily accommodated 12. Our group really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool. Communication with Alexandra was great - she was extremely helpful and responded to our messages in a timely manner. Also, we appreciated having Marvin the caretaker on-site for any questions related to the house. Pura Vida!

Wonderful house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Suenos was perfect for our family vacation for 7! Great location, plenty within walking distance including a small grocery store. House was sparkling clean and came equipped with pantry basics which was very nice. We didn’t ever require any assistance from the caretaker, but it was nice having him there in case we did. He was extremely nice! Do not hesitate to book this house- it’s great!
