Farm Stay 3 miles from Live Oak

Set in isolation 800' off the street on a cement driveway, our brick home is conveniently located only 3 miles from Live Oak. It is surrounded by 200+ acres of commercial timberland and old-growth, upland hardwood forest.

On adjacent property we have two additional VRBO homes. Booked together we can host a total of 25 Guests! One is next door (300' away); the other is a 1 mile drive. For more info, search for "Cracker Style Home" and "Inn the Woods" or message us for links to them.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with a modern oven including a flat top range, refrigertaor/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave oven, dishwasher, traditional drip coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, steak and preparation knife set, plates, salad bowls, coffee cups, wine glasses, utensils, pots, pans, crock pot, mixer, all sorts of kitchen gadgets, and much more. There is a propane grill under the covered carport.

The formal dining room is down 3 steps from the kitchen and the table seats more than our nine-Guest maximim.

The family room has a 60" HDTV that is 3-D capable with the 3-D glasses if our Guests can find streaming 3-D programming. Sound is through a 5.1 surround system. The TV has a Roku device and is connected to the Internet with our DSL, 25 mbps service. Guests' devices can connect to the service as well. In the family room are two couches, a recliner, two coffee tables and a Daybed so that all Guests can gather and enjoy streaming entertainment together.

There is office space with a work desk, and an all-in-one printer, copier, scanner, and FAX machine.

For sleeping, Catherine's Place has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 queen beds. The larger bedroom with 2 queen beds also has an HDTV with streaming available through a Roku stick and an in-room, full (shower) bathroom.

The other bedroom is right beside the full (tub/shower/Brondell Bidet) bathroom at the end of the hall and has a unique, built in make-up desk with a large mirror and bright lights!

There is a single, daybed in the family room.

And finally there is a full bed in an area (bedroom 3) that is partitioned from the office space with 7' high backout curtains.

Our home sleeps 9 in beds.

The driveway/carport has space for 2 cars. For any additional vehicles, larger trucks, or those with trailers there is unlimited parking in a marked area alongside the 800' cement driveway just in front of the home.
