The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeper sofa in living room, newly renovated duplex featuring full kitchen and luxurious bathrooms.

Relax in this newly renovated, private home just blocks from the beach. This beautiful home features a master bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining full bathroom. The 2nd room features 2 full-sized beds. With TVs in each room, you can relax while feeling at home.

The cozy living room features a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options.

Enjoy the luxurious main bathroom with newly renovated glass shower.

The kitchen offers new appliances and beautiful countertops. With indoor and outdoor dining areas, you can create memorable moments with family and friends.

The peaceful backyard features a firepit surrounded by a cozy lounge area.

This coastal inspired cottage is minutes away from the ocean! Stroll the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and take a ride on the famous SkyWheel while overlooking the beautiful coastline. Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire private cottage including free parking.

Free parking with 2 marked parking spaces in front.
Parking is not allowed on the street
Parking is not allowed on the grass or besides the house.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street,
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

Good spot

Central location. Easy walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and theaters nearby. Our favorites were 20 minutes north and south. We did a day trip to Charleston. Not fully stocked with basics but we enjoyed our stay. Nice porch too!

Quiet Week @ The Beach

This property is within a few blocks of the beach. It was clean and easy to find. Being a duplex, we did have to ignore the neighbors. The property manager and staff were very easy to work with.

Beach Hotel Room

The Cottage was very cute and quiet and it was only a few blocks away from the beach however we booked the cottage because of it having all the amenities of a home away from home but the kitchen was sparsely furnished. Planned on using the dishwasher and decided not to use it when we opened it and the whole cart came rolling out. There was an oven so planned on using that but there were no baking sheets available. I understand some people don’t need a kitchen but we chose the cottage over a hotel room because of the ability to cook and were disappointed in the sparse cooking utensils available.

Vacation

We were happy with the stay since it is walking distance from everything. The only down part was to contact the owner one time since the wifi was off and another time the neighbours switch the router off and we had to wait on them to turn it back on. And the night before we left the wifi was off again, as we used the wifi for my 3 year old to watch tv while we fix dinner etc. But I would definitly recommend this property.

Hidden Gem in Myrtle Beach

Wife and I were looking for a quiet place to have a weekend get-away while also being close enough to tourist activities. This place perfectly fit the requirements. We were able to walk across the street for an amazing breakfast. about two blocks from an escape room, and within 3 blocks of the ocean. The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. Will defiantly be looking to rebook this location the next time we need a quick get-away.
