Just as described- the few issues we had were cleared up right away. Communication was prompt! Place is very cute on the inside, we had plenty of room! Check in and out was easy!
Convenient location to Williams College campus and a comfortable and abundant space for our family of 6. The neighborhood is quiet and hearing the birds in the mornings and evenings was really lovely. We had a bit of trouble getting into the home initially due to a wrong key code, but it was quickly resolved after several phone calls. We had an elderly relative with us and so it is important to note that the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow. Fortunately there is a third bedroom on the ground floor next to the kitchen which was perfect for him. The weather was hot when we stayed in early June so the second floor heats up quickly with only the master bedroom with a ceiling fan and only the small bedroom has a screened window so better cooling and ventilation (even some more window screens) would be helpful. The back garden was a little rough and could use some TLC.
Thank you, Alicia! Our stay was seamless from start to finish, and your place was a perfect base for our short visit to Williamstown. The space is warm, large, and inviting â and because there were bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors, it was especially convenient for privacy as I was traveling with a colleague. Highly recommend!
It was clean and had everything we needed, weâll equipped.. the stairs were a bit steep for comfort and there is only one bathroom on the ground floor with bedrooms on the second floor.
