Guest will need to complete a short tenant registration form upon booking in order to enter the gated community (no additional cost).

Guest may purchase a wristband at the welcome center to access pools/other amenities.

A valid driver's license and vehicle registration is required to enter through the gate. You will receive your guest pass from the welcome center upon check-in.

Entire Home and Backyard is yours to use privately.

Community Amenities: 4 outdoor pools (seasonal), 3 clubhouses, two lakes, one swimming beach, Canoes/Kayaks/Paddle boats (seasonal), 6 tennis courts, 6 basketball courts, 5 playgrounds, 9 hole miniature golf, two community gardens.

*** The railing leading up to the second floor has columns that are approximately 5.5 inches apart. This may be dangerous for infants or small children.

We are located near/within a state park. Please be kind to wildlife and do not be alarmed as there are insects in the area.

We treat the space with insect/bug repellent regularly, and recommend you bring your own insect repellant if you plan on spending time outdoors.
