Situated on a quiet side street, Aspen Grove Condominium is a perfect retreat for your summer or Winter vacation. "Green House" condo is located on the top level of the building boasting phenomenal mountain views. After an active day, soothe your weary muscles in your private hot tub located on the front deck. This three- level features a spacious 1733 square foot with 3-bedrooms (the main bedroom is a separated private loft) andamp; 2 bathrooms that easily accommodates 8.
Kitchen: Start your day in the kitchen, perfect for making a quick snack before hitting the Slopes or the mountain-bike trails or preparing a gourmet dinner at the days end. You will enjoy all the top-of-the-line appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware, andamp; cookware you expect from a luxury residence. Your fully equipped kitchen also features a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, butchers knife block andamp; a blender. The eat-in kitchen features a dining table set for six andamp; bar seating of four at the island.
Living room: The open layout flows seamlessly from kitchen into Family room, with a Gas Fireplace to warm the atmosphere andamp; where your Family can relax on the comfortable sectional sofa, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen television.
