PROPERTY OVERVIEW A lavish alpine getaway awaits at this spacious 3BR/3BA townhouse, located a mere half-mile from the base of Deer Valley Resort. Highlights include a private hot tub, gourmet kitchen, sleeping loft, and stylish furnishings throughout. Get to the lifts in minutes for fun-filled days on the slopes. Head to Main Street to discover eclectic eateries, boutiques, and entertainment options. The complimentary mountain shuttle stops just 300' from your door.
BEDROOM LAYOUT Find supreme comfort in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed, flat-screen TV, and a lavish en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in the second suite, furnished with a king bed and a 36” flat-screen TV. The en-suite second bathroom is configured with a large vanity and a tub/shower combination. The third suite is outfitted with another King bed. The en-suite third bathroom -- also accessible via the hallway – features a walk-in shower. The third-floor loft comes equipped with a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full bunk bed. (The headroom in the upper bunks is limited.)
**AMENITIES** Unwind into vacation mode on the sleeper sofa and two armchairs in the living area, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings. This unit was well located to the slopes. The bus stop right outside the unit made getting to either Deer Valley or Park City very convenient and easy. The unit itself has a lot of space and the en suite bathrooms (aside from the loft) gave folks private areas that was ideal for staying with friends or family. We had a few issues with the hot tub malfunctioning, but the host was responsive in getting a technician to come by. The fact that it malfunctioned at all was the only issue we had with our stay.

Great home, outstanding location.
Very good communication with the rental. Large rooms, small loft. Perfect location to ski at Deer Valley with easy access to the free shuttle.a short drive to Main Street. Would definitely recommend this home.

Property was exactly as listed, great fir for us. Secure parking for a large SUV. Great kitchen to prevent eating @ restaurants all the time. Close access to the mountain and village via free bus system.

Amazing place!
This home was great and it started with the property manager. Park City Host was great from start to finish. They provided great communication and were very professional. The home was perfectly situated between Deer Valley resort and downtown Park City. It was an easy walk to downtown and a quiet setting to relax. The home had all the amenities to make it a perfect stay.

Ski trip to Deer Valley
The location was very good. 1-stop on the bus line to/from Deer Valley, you can almost walk there. Rooms we good with lots of hangers in closets, and drawers for storage.
Lots of kitchen utilities and plates for 6 people.
The garage door has a manual entry code so not that good if the weather is bad.
22 steps from the garage to the unit so again, if the weather is bad, not ideal.
The unit has one furnace and 3 floors so heat distribution can be tricky but they have room space heater to help control temperature per floor.

Deer Valley Condo
1. Bed was very uncomfortable. 2. The garage was 60 yards from the front door and up two flights of stairs, none of this was listed at the time of booking. 3. The thermostat was remotely set during the day it was 75 and at 10 o’clock at night it dropped to 58 degrees. So every morning we woke up to a freezing cold house after day two we let the manager know someone came by, but nothing was changed.

Great location and house
The property was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped and joined to a large beautiful living room area with so many windows and great lighting. It was so nice to have a wood burning fireplace for the chilly nights. The bedrooms were good size with private bathrooms. It was really nice to unwind in the jacuzzi on the deck right off of the kitchen. We did not use the loft area, but that would be perfect for traveling with small children. The garage is not large enough to fit anything larger than a mid size SUV. There are limited guest spots for parking but if there is snow and you want to park in the garage, just know that you will not fit a large Tahoe or Expedition type of a car in it. Park City Host was great and super responsive to all of our needs. The location is amazing. You are a 1 minute drive to Deer Valley and there is a shuttle pickup right outside of the door.

Great location, inside is lacking
The location of this property is fantastic, as is the layout and space.
Unfortunately there are some problems that took away from our stay. First it has a temperature control problem. We had two children sleeping in the downstairs bedrooms. If the thermostat is set to 70, it stays at 70 on the middle and third floor. On the ground floor where two bedrooms are it only got to the mid-60's.
The biggest issue was with the lack of glassware, and other cookware. There are only four tall glasses. For a family of five, this didn't work. There is a great oven that we used to warm up pizza we had delivered but there is no pot holders (way to get the hot pan out). There were two wine openers - both of which were severely broken. There is more - but that is the gist.
We have rented in Deer Valley many times for our young family to ski and have never had these issues.
This rental could be exceptional, but unfortunately it is just very average due to the lack of attention to the small details that are important.

Mediocre place
The layout and location of the condo was good. However there are issues. First the thermostat was set to 70 when we arrived. That is OK except that the thermostat is located on the first floor where the entrance is. It was 70 on the first floor but about 80 on the second floor and even hotter in the loft. We ended up setting the thermostat to 63 which made the second floor about 68-70. This loft was too hot for any one to sleep in so one of us slept on the sofa.Two towel racks fell off the wall when we hung up towels. another was partially pulled out from the wall. The cabinets in the second floor bathroom looked to be very old and worn with the toe mold falling off..There were 3 wine cork openers and all three were broken beyond repair and could not be used. I could go on but you get the picture. Overall a nice place but needs updating. Also not at all happy that there was no Standard TV service such as Comcast. We couldn't even watch the end of the Superbowl when we arrived. This is the first Condo/house I have rented that did not have normal TV service. That alone will prevent me from renting this condo next year.We did like the wood burning fireplace and used that every day.
