Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that your vacation was impacted by the air conditioning issues. We understand how uncomfortable and frustrating it must have been to spend the majority of your stay without a properly functioning A/C, especially during a beach vacation. We also regret that resolving the issue required so much of your time and attention. That is not the experience we want any of our guests to have. While our team worked diligently with our HVAC vendor to restore the system as quickly as possible, we recognize that this did not prevent the disruption to your vacation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. We appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention. Your feedback has been shared with our operations and maintenance teams as we continue working to improve our response to unexpected maintenance issues and minimize their impact on our guests. Thank you again for your comments, and we wish you the very best in your future travels. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

Lisa we appreciate your positive feedback and recommendation! We're delighted to hear that you had a great experience during your stay at our property. We do understand your comments regarding beach towels; however, each person has preferences, and over time, providing beach towels wouldn't be beneficial for individual-owned properties such as those we manage. We're pleased that the property was clean and well-maintained, and that you found the location convenient. It's great to hear that our management team was responsive, even during after-hours calls. We look forward to hosting you again for your next Florida vacation and providing you with another 5-star vacation. Regards, Benchmark Management

Lee, Thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. Shore Thing is a very welcoming family home, so it saddens us to hear it was anything less than perfect for you. We understand how frustrating it can be to arrive at a unit that isn't in tip-top shape. This is why we offered a reclean for you in which you declined. We always aim to resolve any matters a guest may have promptly, and we did just that when we came and tightened the oven door. We also took the time to check the doors which were working perfectly fine, as well as the toilets which flushed with no issues. We are very happy to say that we have a vendor scheduled to repair the ice maker, so all matters will be resolved soon. Thank you for your patience and communication regarding your concerns. We truly hope you and your party will give us another opportunity to offer you the 5-star stay you would expect from a company like ours. We strive for excellence and take it very seriously when our guests feel they received anything less. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
