This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The main level features one bedroom and a full bathroom, while upstairs you'll find the primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom along with two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it an ideal layout for families and groups.

The open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen create the perfect gathering space for meals, games, and quality time together. The living room sofa also converts into a queen sleeper, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate additional guests.

Step outside onto the covered, beautifully furnished porch, where you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy a good book, or simply unwind while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Resort amenities are just a short stroll away, including the community pool, hot tub, and fitness center. When you're ready for the beach, hop aboard the complimentary shuttle to the exclusive Lost Key Beach Club, or choose to walk (approximately 10 minutes), ride bikes, or drive. If driving, please note that parking near the public beach access is limited.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa during their stay. The property includes parking for up to three vehicles, as well as access to the private garage. Please note that street parking and parking on the grass are not permitted within the community.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Upon arrival, enter through the main Lost Key gate on Perdido Key Drive. The security gate attendant will verify your reservation and provide your parking pass for the duration of your stay. Complete check-in instructions, including your personalized smart door code, will be sent prior to your arrival.
