Wonderful home!

We loved this home. Everything was nice and convenient to a grocery store and food places. Would highly recommend it!

Great!

We had a great time at Villa Cassia. It was close to Orlando, restaurants, and shopping. The only complaint would be the pool and spa were cold. The owner did turn them on but had to ask multiple times during stay. Not sure if it turned off during night or what. But overall was great time.

NO ICE- nothing to have cold water to drink

it was ok, BUT it needs to be more kid friendly with plastic cup, plates etc. those walls in the bathrooms we NOT convenient. we also got bug bites in the bunk room. and one of the master beds squeaked real bad. also towels furnished we not adequate.

March 2024 rental

The oven was dirty. The stove top burners were greasy. The coating inside the pots and pans was peeling and had been used on the outdoor grill. Went to use the grill and found it dirty and full of spent charcoal. It was not stated in VRBO the grill was charcoal. Pool area lounge chair covers were very dirty. The description of the property on VRBO indicated a pool. However after arriving we were advised of an additional cost of $75 and $40 for pool & spa heat for 5 days. Fees were not stated on VRBO. The pool area were a pile of broken kid's toys and noted that the pool access hand rail is broken at the bottom. There were no board games no books and no card games. There were missing vertices on the window blinds. There was no full size ironing board only a useless dorm size ironing board. There were ink or magic marker marks on the couch cushions. The TVs needed a subscription to watch. After 3 text messages to the host the cleaning company owner came to clean the stove, oven and grill after two days and at that time agreed that the pots and pans were useless and would speak to the host. 1-1/2 weeks later a new set of pots and pans were delivered. Not likely to use VRBO again. VRBO does not properly verify the condition of the properties they represent especially when charging a service fee of $ 445 dollars for a 3 week rental. t
