This charming historic home is situated two blocks from Lake Charlevoix and downtown Boyne City. Only 6 miles to Boyne Mountain, Avalanche Bay, and the new SkyBridge Michigan. A short drive to beautiful Walloon Lake, many winery's, golf courses, Young State park and much more!
The home is renovated and offers stunning architectural details as well as two fully equipped kitchens and plenty of space for family time or privacy. Make memories at this unique and family-friendly location while playing at the Pac Man table, foosball, ping pong, Xbox, Wii, board games, corn hole, biking around town or just relaxing in the yard.
Four levels make up the house with three porches, two upper decks, front and back plus a covered porch on the front. The recently refurbished back deck adjoining the upper kitchen has a grill and outdoor dining. The home has brand new mattresses (purchased in October 2022) in each of the rooms, 3 smart TV's and many other amenities to maximize the comfort of your stay.

Great Family Fun

Perfect location for walking to town and short drive to Boyne Mtn. Weather put a damper on our outdoor activities but the house was filled with so many games and activities we still had a great time. We loved the space, a great choice for any season and for families or girls trip.

Boyne

Location was perfect! We Loved being able to walk to the Lake and Town. This was a perfect destination for 14 of us, from 10years to 75years old! It was equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable…no amenity was missed! The extra kitchen was great for the tweens to fix their snacks and hang out, or move on to the next room which was the game room. The main kitchen and dining area was enjoyed by all. We could choose between two second floor outdoor decks for meals and games together, or visiting, or relaxing in rocking chairs on the front porch. No complaints from any of us. We hope to go back again!!

A Special Spacious Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The listing doesn't do justice to how interesting this house is. It all starts with the multiple levels and continues with great use of space. Each level feels like it has its own personality. We had room for all twelve of us and never felt like we were on top of each other. The backyard was nicely lit and well setup for fun evenings under the moon and lights. We were pleasantly surprised at how close the house was to the cute downtown area, parks, and the beach. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Boyne Resort Trip

We had a ball, the house was perfect distance from everything, while we weren’t at the resort we still had plenty of things to do at the home, there were plenty of games, movies, video games to partake in. We would definitely come back and visit again!

Brilliant

Lovely big house, plenty of room, brilliant location. Easy walking distance to town and close to the slopes. Especially impressed by how well equipped the house was, especially the kitchen. Great house, looking forward to our next stay!

Absolutely perfect

My family of 4, along with 2 other families, stayed here for a short weekend ski trip. The property was clean and so beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed and we made dinners and fully used both kitchens. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of spaces for the kids to hang out and for the adults to chill. The owners were easy to get in touch with and very accommodating, although everything was so perfect we barely needed to contact them. We will definitely be back!

Great Winter Week in Boyne City

We had a blast exploring the area, restaurants, shops, wineries, breweries, state parks, the Sky Bridge and skiing. And when we weren’t out and about, we were loving every minute in this beautiful house! The main kitchen had great appliances and everything you could possibly need to make a big meal. We took advantage of the grill, too. And then the bonus second floor kitchen was perfect for late night snacks while watching movies and playing in pong and morning coffee. Beds were super comfy and rooms were spacious. We would definitely recommend this rental for any type of group getaway!!! Summer and fall would probably be amazing times to visit.

Fantastic place to stay! Everything so clean and there was plenty of space. Loved the two kitchens. Great location. Convenient to Boyne City, Petoskey, Walloon Lake, Charlevoix, Boyne Mountain, etc. Easy check in and well stocked. Quickly communication with owner. Would rent again! Thanks!

We are a very active family and enjoy skiing, wakeboarding (our favorite lake is Walloon), mountain biking and hiking. When we are unable to be outdoors we stay busy watching our son (15) play football and hockey and daughter (13) participate in volleyball and basketball. As much as we are on the go, we also find time to relax and spend time together.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

For the last 9+ years we have been visiting the Boyne area during the winter season to ski the fresh powder at Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain. In the summer we trailer our boat to Boyne City to enjoy the crystal clear and very smooth water at Walloon Lake that provides a perfect day of wakeboarding and fun! This home allows us to offer other families and friends the opportunity to make their own memories and hopefully enjoy the area as much as we do.
