Bright 1 Bedroom, Close to Downtown & Peak 9
Peaceful setting walkable to downtown Breck and Peak 9 lifts. Rare one-bedroom in the wooded Warrior's Mark neighborhood w/ dedicated parking spot & large private deck. Light and bright with updated finishes throughout. The well-stocked kitchen opens to the lounge with West Elm sleeper sofa and large TV. Bedroom features a king bed with Casper mattress. In-unit washer/dryer, full bathroom with tub/shower combo. On free bus route. South facing. 1 block from pool and hot tubs.
The space:
Great property for a small family or group. This property is located on the second floor via a full flight of exterior stairs. There is no unit above or below and we only share one common wall with an adjacent unit.
Inside:
• Full kitchen, stocked with all cooking essentials
• Living room with flatscreen TV, sofa sleeper
• King bed with new mattress and flatscreen TV in the bedroom
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Kitchen counter with 4 bar stools
Outside:
• Large private deck that gets lots of sun
• Outdoor couch
• Table with umbrella and seating for 4
Parking Limit: 1 (dedicated outdoor space)
Maximum Overnight Occupancy Limit: 4
Location:
• Located near the free bus route for easy access to the mountain or downtown. The free bus into town stops just down the street from the complex, about a 2-3 minute walk. The bus comes every 15 minutes and will continue to the gondola.
• The base of peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift can be walkable but some guests have stated that it was a bit far. Maps says that it is about a 10 minute walk. *Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season. Current projected closing date is April 12th, 2026.
• The south end of Main Street and the shops and restaurants at Main Street Station are about a 10 minute walk.
Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs Access:
• Guests have access to the Columbine pool, located just a 2-3 minute walk from the Snodallion building. Features 4 hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool.
• Winter hours are 12pm-9pm
• Summer hours are 10am-9pm.
• This location is closed fall and spring. Current planned pool closure dates:
- Spring Maintenance 2026: 4/26/2026 – 5/21/2026
- Fall Maintenance 2026: 9/27/26 - early or mid October
• The Clubhouse is located down a short path from the building (approximately 100 yards). Please adhere to the Columbine Pool Rules listed in the house manual.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

» This is an end unit, top floor condo.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
