Our home is a 0.9-mile from the beach and just steps away from local restaurants and stores, this central location will get you to wherever you want to go in just minutes. Bike around the island and explore the shores of Marco and experience the extraordinary Marco Island sunsets.

This corner unit is very well-maintained and clean. The living room and both rooms have their own AC units, as well as smart TVs. This unit has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a queen sized sofa bed, all beds have extra linens. The bathroom is newly renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, plates, wine glasses, coffee machines and more. The rooms are spacious with very generous closet space. This unit is ready to be relaxed in!

All guests have access to the laundry room, storage unit, pool, and clubhouse on site. Guests will have access to beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels as well as 2 bikes. Each guest will have one assigned parking space free of charge as well as access to many guest parking spaces.

All guests must be approved by the condo association before arriving. It is a brief process where a form needs to be filled out and submitted. I will help the process flow as smoothly as possible.
