Welcome to Sunny Shadows, an intimate 17 unit complex located on the desirable south end of beautiful Marco Island.
Enjoy Island Living at its best in this first floor, beautifully appointed 1 BDR/1Bath Condo located an easy 0.4 mile walk to the South Beach Entrance of Marco Island.
This is a quiet neighborhood of comprised of mostly condominium complexes and within easy walking distance to the South Beach entrance.
For those seeking a quiet and intimate complex in convenient proximity to the beach with ease of access, look no further than Sunny Shadows.
Step into this wonderful ground-floor unit and you will immediately appreciate the coastal decor, tasteful furnishings, and the spectacular pool and water views.
