Located within the Palmetto Dunes Resort, the Windsor Villa Complex offers this stunningly furnished oceanfront villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The grand Oceanfront Master Suite boasts a King bed, a private bath with double sinks, a shower, and a 42" flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 features a King bed, a 42" flat screen TV, a private bath with a tub/shower combo, and a private ocean view balcony. The third bedroom offers 2 Queen beds, a 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a shower.

An open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen with a center island, stainless steel appliances, and a dining room that seats 8. The oceanfront living room features a 60" flat screen TV and a private balcony overlooking the ocean.

Guests of 2117 Windsor II can take advantage of the numerous amenities offered by the Windsor Complex, including an oceanfront pool, zero entry kiddie pool with a mushroom fountain, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The beach and Atlantic Ocean are just steps away from the pool area!

As a guest of Palmetto Dunes Resort, you'll never run out of outdoor activities. Rent a canoe and explore the 11-mile lagoon system throughout the resort or a bike to explore the miles of bike paths. Book court time at the racquet club to play tennis or pickleball, and golfers in your group can schedule tee times at any of the three championship golf courses within the resort.

Just across the street from the resort is Shelter Cove Marina, where you can schedule dolphin, nature, and sunset cruises, watersports, jet skis, boat rentals, and fishing and boating tours, including local and deep-sea fishing and catboat tours. The marina also offers a range of restaurants and specialty shops. Don't miss the free fireworks display every Tuesday from mid-June to mid-August.

Windsor 2117 can accommodate up to 8 people and offers free Wi-Fi. No smoking allowed.

The oceanfront pool measures 40' x 60', is 3' - 5' in depth, and is heated from mid-March through April and mid-October through November. A baby pool measuring 40' x 40' is 1' - 3' in depth, and a poolside hot tub and grilling area are also available.

Some rentals don't think of the number of guests you can have with the correct number of chairs in the sitting area and the number of beds that are not twin but this unit was ideal! We had such a great time and felt right at home! it was easy from the moment we reserved to the moment we walked in. No problems! We will be looking to revisit this unit!

Great vacation spot

House is spacious with 3 bedroom 3 bath and sleeps 8 in palmeto dunes community. Communication with property manager was great. Great location access to beach, pool. Can view great sunrise from other side of building.

The unit was quite large and well stocked. The kitchen was very well stocked. Ice machine was broken. Rental agent brought water and ice. Would stay in this unit again

Awesome condo in beautiful Palmetto Dunes

Condo was beautiful, so spacious, great views, well equipped, convenient location within Palmetto Dunes, quiet. The beach was beautiful and a quick walk from the unit - the pool was great as well. A few suggestions: The bed in master bedroom on the left side of the unit was awful - way too soft and in need of replacing; the garbage disposal was barely working, ice machine in fridge was not working, communication with rental agency could have been better - no responses to 2 attempts to contact. One of the grills outside was inoperable for the time we were there but other guests were great and we had no issues grilling. Aside from those few suggestions, everything was awesome and we definitely would consider a return trip to this unit.

Perfect location and beautiful condo!

We found this condo at the last minute after a previous Vrbo reservation was cancelled on us. This is a beautiful condo had everything we needed! The cleanliness was a little lacking, specifically the floor. My kids feet (4 and 1) were black within a few minutes of walking on the floor when we arrived. The power did go out one morning (for the entire complex) and we called the rental company to inquire if they knew any details or could provide updates as it was off for approx 20-30 minutes. I had to leave a message and no one ever returned my call. The only other negative about our stay was not necessarily the condo, but rather the parking (specifically underneath/inside). Someone side swiped our car leaving significant marks on our back side/bumper, but didnt leave a note! So just beware of parking underneath as they are very narrow spots. Overall, we would return here and loved our stay. HHI is our favorite place!

Nicely appointed condo in Palmetto Dunes

Very nice, newly-renovated condo with high-end appliances and finishes in the Palmetto Dunes development. I particularly appreciated the Hunter Douglas window treatments, which cut down on the glare from the sun (it's nice to have a sea view, but that direct sun can be a killer at times), and the extra fridge, which is great for drinks. Comfortable beds and linens. Highly recommended.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were extremely disappointed with our overall stay in Windsor 2 2117. We could tell the owner at one point made an effort to update furniture and appliances. However, the overall upkeep was not managed properly. 1) Condo Cleanliness Was Poor:* Upon arriving we immediately noticed condo floors were extremely dirty. When walking barefoot or with socks, it was obvious the floors had not been cleaned. Our socks and feet were black from the dirt. * Master Bathroom Shower was not clean - upon arriving found hairs in the shower that we had to clean it out.2) Kitchen Upkeep Was Poor* Refrigerator stopped working on second day of our stay. It was not repaired during our stay. The property management team provided to mini-refrigerators.* One of the lower kitchen cabinet door hinges were broke. Door kept falling off during our stay which was dangerous for our feet and the fact we had young children. * Kitchen sink garbage disposal was not working properly. had to run non-stop to get water to go down the drain.* Kitchen sink facet was not working properly. Poor water pressure and facet setting was stuck between spray and normal water flow. Unable to change.* Stovetop burners – we could not get the burners to work. Finally tried flipping the breaker switch. That addressed the issue.For the price we paid to stay the week in the condo our expectation was the property would be clean and appliances would be inspected prior to guest arrival to confirm all is working properly. We rented another condo from Hilton Head Rental during the same week - July 1st - 8th, 2023. Found condo 2418 to be dirty and major problem with air conditioner. AC had to be replaced during our stay.

Spacious comfy condo

I’m a deco snob and I had nothing to complain about. This unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The two master suites are so nice, as the parents, you can’t decide which one to take. Our teenage son was in heaven in his king bed as well. The kitchen was well equipped if we had wanted to cook. This condo is located one level up from the garage. Taking the stairs from the garage or the front parking lot makes parking easy.
