Thank you for your thoughtful message and for taking the time to share your experience directly with us. We truly appreciate hearing from our guests—especially when it helps us understand where we can improve. We’re really sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. When you let us know about the issues, we gladly had our maintenance team scheduled and ready to address them. That said, we completely respected your preference not to have anyone enter the home during your stay. Regarding the cookware you mentioned, we’d really appreciate it if you could share a bit more detail. We recently upgraded to stainless steel, and if anything isn’t working properly, we definitely want to know so we can make it right for future guests. Again, thank you for sharing your feedback—it truly means a lot to us. We hope that, even with the hiccups, your family was still able to create some magical memories.
