GUEST ACCESS
▶ The property is fully fenced for your safety and privacy.

CLEANING
▶ Our professional cleaners sanitize the home according to CDC guidelines and inspect it before each stay.
▶ Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods are provided.
▶ Washer and dryer are available. Please notify us for access.

TOWELS
▶ Towels are not changed daily. Please use them responsibly and keep them as clean as you would expect to receive them.
▶ Stained, damaged, or missing towels will result in a replacement fee.

LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM
▶ Check-out: 11:00 AM
▶ Personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent at 6:00 AM on the day of your arrival.
▶ Must be 21 years or older to book.

GARBAGE
▶ Residential Pickup: Monday & Thursday
▶ Recycle Pickup: Monday
▶ Bulk Pickup: Monday
▶ Trash bins are located toward the front of the property near the sidewalk.

PARKING
▶ Free driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
▶ Additional free street parking is available.
▶ Please prioritize parking on the driveway or curbside directly in front of the house.

PETS
▶ Pets are permitted with prior approval.
▶ A pet sanitation fee of $75–$200 per pet applies based on number of pets and length of stay.
▶ Payment request will be sent on your arrival date.
▶ We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each no more than 45 lbs.

PARTIES & EVENTS
▶ Parties are not allowed unless approved in advance.
▶ Unauthorized gatherings may incur a fine of up to $500.
▶ If sleeping occupancy is exceeded due to a gathering, a $50 per additional guest fee will be applied.

SMOKING POLICY
▶ Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
▶ Outdoor smoking is allowed but must be odor-free and mess-free.
▶ A fine of up to $500 applies if smoking is detected indoors.

QUIET HOURS
▶ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
▶ Please respect neighbors to avoid fines up to $500.

SECURITY CAMERAS & MONITORING
▶ Exterior surveillance cameras and noise monitors are installed for safety.
▶ Cameras are located around the outside of the home only.

GRILL USE
▶ A $40 propane fee applies for grill use.
▶ Please notify us the night before so our property manager can confirm the propane tank is full after payment.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting is not responsible for packages or personal items left behind after checkout.

DISCOUNTS
▶ Long-term stay discounts are automatically applied when dates are entered during booking.
