Step into our open-concept living area, where beach vibes meet modern comfort. Whether you're cozying up by the fireplace or binge-watching your favorite shows on the massive 57" flat screen TV, you'll feel right at home. Our dining area seats eight, perfect for family feasts or game night showdowns. And for those who prefer a more casual vibe, the breakfast bar is calling your name!

**Poolside Paradise:**
Can't make it to the beach? No worries! Our HEATED saltwater pool is ready to welcome you with open arms (or should we say, open waters?). Lounge on our super comfy daybed or one of the five luxurious reclining chairs, and let the stress melt away. And after a sandy day at the beach, rinse off in our brand-new outdoor shower—because who doesn't love a little al fresco bathing?

**Gameroom Galore:**
No beach house is complete without a game room that screams "fun!" Head downstairs to our boardwalk-inspired arcade, where Air Hockey, Foosball, Pinball, and a larger-than-life Connect 4 await. Challenge your friends to a game of darts or lose yourself in nostalgia with one of our classic arcade machines. Oh and did we mention there’s an actual Claw machine complete with prizes? It's like having your own private amusement park!

**Smart and Spacious:**
Our home is equipped with all the smart features you need for a seamless stay—think keyless entry, smart lights, and a thermostat that keeps things just right. With central AC throughout, you'll stay cool even on the hottest summer days.

- **Master Suite:** Spacious and serene, with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
- **Bedroom 2:** Twin bunk beds with a trundle and an extra roll-away sleeper—perfect for a sleepover extravaganza!
- **Bedroom 3:** Full-size bed with an additional roll-away sleeper for extra guests.
- **Living Room:** Twin pull-out sleeper sofa for those impromptu sleepovers.
- **Game Room Suite:** Queen pull-out sleeper sofa for those who can't get enough of the arcade action.

**Extras Galore:**
We've got you covered with bed linens, WiFi, kitchenware, and a washer/dryer. Plus, enjoy beach chairs, FOUR season-long beach badges, bicycles, children's toys, booster seats, and boogie boards—all included for your convenience.

**Guest Access:**
You'll have full access to the entire property, including the fenced-in backyard, in-ground saltwater pool, and outdoor gas grill. It's all yours to enjoy!
