Our home is optimized for both relaxation and productivity:

Sleeping Arrangements: A King Master suite, a cozy second bedroom with memory foam mattresses, and a massive 500 sq. ft. loft that serves as a third sleeping area/second living room.

Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, air fryer, and a "Dual Coffee Station" (Drip + Keurig).

Outdoor Living: Fully fenced backyard with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and games.

Business Ready: Ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a long driveway for multiple vehicles.

ROOMS & AMENITIES:

Master Suite: A sanctuary featuring a hybrid King bed and an en-suite bathroom with exceptional water pressure—perfect for winding down after a day at the lake or the casino. Includes a 43" Smart Roku TV and walk-in closet.

Second Bedroom: Perfect for small families or colleagues. Features a memory foam Full bed and a trundle with two Twin memory foam mattresses. A 24" Smart Roku TV and a second full bathroom are located right next door.

Upstairs Loft (3rd Sleeping Area): Our most versatile space! Nearly 500 sq. ft. of room to spread out. It’s a favorite for kids and teams alike, featuring a 55" Smart Fire TV, a library of board games, and a loveseat that converts to a twin bed. Note: We provide extra fans to keep this sunny space comfortable year-round.

Outdoor Oasis: Step into your private retreat. The fenced backyard features bistro string lights, a patio dining set, and a fire pit. It’s the perfect spot to relax after visiting Lake Texoma or exploring downtown Durant.

GUEST ACCESS
