➢Guests will have private use of all of the facilities during their stay including the house, infinity swimming pool, plunge pool, terrace, extensive grounds, hot tub, and parking for up to seven cars.

➢Personal Chef, Chauffeur or daily cleaning service can be made available upon request for an additional fee.
➢Fully-equipped kitchen and dining room suited for up to ten diners. Guests will be able to make any meal, ranging from a quick breakfast to a 4-course dining experience.

There are hundreds of walks to enjoy right from the doorstep as well as over 400k of mountain bike tracks and tennis courts within a few minutes walk. If guests love combining nature with sport this is the perfect location for you. If you would like to explore the area in a more gentle way you could always hire an electric bike at Collin Bike located in the village or ask us to arrange delivery.

The location offers the perfect combination of town and country as Carcassonne, La Cite, le Canal du Midi and Carcassonne airport are all within a short drive. If you don’t want to venture out during your stay you can head down to the local village shop to buy a fresh baguette and your favourite bottle of local wine, or even enjoy soaking in the atmosphere next to a trickling brook

The area is also a dog walkers paradise so we can accept well-behaved pooches as long as they stay on the ground floor during a guest’s stay. This is at our discretion, please enquire before booking.

If guests fancy enjoying a gastronomical meal in the village during your stay then we would highly recommend a trip to La Bergerie, a top-rated restaurant run by Chef Fabien Galibert, renowned for his Michelin stars who delights the tastebuds with his cuisine.

Collin Bike and Tapas Bar also hosts live events outside most weekends during summer and is a lovely place to enjoy tapas and a glass of wine whilst taking in the breathtaking views of Aragon nestled in the hills and beyond.

There is also a well-stocked village shop and bar.
