This 1+ acre Spanish Style Modern Retreat is the perfect getaway for your family & friends. The home features 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Fully remodeled interior featuring a living room, gameroom, kitchen & spacious bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 16. Outside on the rooftop deck you can find a fire pit & TV to relax on cozy nights. The outdoor area features pool w/slide, hot tub, putting green, sand volleyball, beach games, life size outdoor chess, basketball court, outdoor BBQ kitchen and dining table!

Bedroom #2:(Second level) Master bedroom that features Cal King Size bed and a Daybed with a trundle with Smart TV. Has walk in closet and outdoor deck access.

Bath #2 Full bath with dual sinks, stand up shower seperate tub Attached to Master Bedroom.

Bedroom #3:(Second level) Queen size bed. No tv
Has outdoor deck access.

Bedroom #4:(Second level) Twin/Twin bunkbed w/ trundle & Full/Full Bunkbed

Bath #3 Full bathroom with dual sinks, stand up shower. Located in the hallway next to Bedroom #3 & Bedroom #4

Please Note: Sofa in the game room is a sleeper sofa.

Game room: Located on main level. Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a foosball table, pool table and 2 old school arcade games. Has smart TV to watch the games while hanging out. Also has a virtual game table to play all of your favorite board games.

Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun. Take a dip in the swimming pool or jacuzzi after a few games of basketball, volleyball, beach games or playing a game of outdoor chess with family and friends.

Sit around and enjoy the gas fire pit at night on the roof top deck. (located upstairs with access from secondary bedroom or master.

Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.


No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

Music on low volume is allowed outdoor between 9am-7pm

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

Hot tub is available for guests at no additional charge.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
