The house is clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our proximity to the beach, location on the s-curve, and gated decks make Surf Landing perfect for families and their pets (we are dog-friendly!).

***Note that our fifth bedroom is a small bunk room with built-in twin bunk beds. Our kids prefer sleeping in the bunk room, but it is a tight space and better suited for kids than adults***

All your towels and linens are included; your beds will be freshly made! The house is fully stocked with all the essentials, making your vacation truly a vacation, without worrying about bringing items like trash bags, detergents, toiletries, etc.

🐶 We would love to host your dogs! A $150 (+tax) flat pet fee is automatically added to your nightly rate when you enter a pet into your guest count. Dogs are welcome on the beach in Surf City, and you will see many people dining outside with their dogs at the local restaurants.

📄 Rental Agreement Required
A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking at Surf Landing. We will send the agreement after your reservation is confirmed, and it must be signed within 48 hours to retain your booking.

-Property address, guest/pet count, and total fees
-Check-in/check-out times and house-specific rules (e.g., no smoking, minimum age, no parties)
-Cancellation policy
-Guest responsibilities, occupancy limits, and conditions for eviction

-Legal disclaimers and North Carolina rental law compliance
