Cozy townhouse, close to town, in quiet location and on free bus route.

Convenient to town and skiing but more private and spacious than being right downtown, this 2 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bathroom spans four levels and feels like a 3 bedroom. Located on the free bus route, walkable to town in the summer and accessible to several trails throughout the neighborhood. This townhouse features a private garage, washer/dryer, gas outdoor BBQ grill and a wood burning fireplace. Two dogs allowed!

FOUR LEVELS:

Ground Level: Private one car garage plus room to park a second car in the shared driveway. Small entry with cubbies.

Level Two: Queen bedroom with attached bathroom, double vanity, large closets and covered deck with futon for lounging in the shade. Full size washer/dryer in the hallway.

Level Three: Main living area with large kitchen, dedicated dining area, living room with wood burning fireplace, half bathroom, covered front deck, back deck open to a shared yard space and private gas grill. Large windows provide charming wooded/mountain views and vaulted ceilings with skylights provide plenty of natural light.

Level Four: King bedroom, loft area with two twin beds (has a door but is open to the living area below), full bathroom.

*Please note there is a full flight of stairs between each level*

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own crib sheets.

Firewood and supplies are provided for the wood burning fireplace.

PLEASE NOTE:

> The minimum age to rent is 23.
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
> This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Please be aware of the the signs and symptoms of altitude sickenss.More information can be found on the CDC site regarding high altitude.
> There is no air conditioning.
> Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
> While we accept dogs, please be a respectful dog owner. It is expected that dog owners will clean up after their dogs, inside and outside. Fees may be incurred if extra cleaning is necessary. We do not allow any other pets other than dogs.

The unit was clean ans setup nicely for a medium sized group. The kitchen was great for group meals. We utilized the multiple decks quite a bit as well. Will definitely book here again.

Great location!

This townhouse is a perfect location close by the resort and downtown. It’s a quick walk to the shuttle as well if you want to shuttle to the resort. The house had everything my family and I needed for our stay in Breckenridge

Great Family Condo

Great location. Easy access into downtown Breckenridge for dinner and activities. Very close to head up to Boreas Pass. We even saw a black bear on this trip.

Great location and three great decks!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Warrior’s Mark is very well equipped with everything you need. We grilled on two of our nights and had everything we needed and plenty of room at the large dining room table. The Free Ride bus is just up the hill, about a 5 minute walk. You can also walk in to town, it took us about 20 minutes down hill. Everyone in our group was 55 and over and while the steps are a workout when loading everything in to the unit, once settled everything is on the main floor
kitchen, living room, bathroom and two decks. It’s then just one flight of steps up or down to the bedrooms. There is a one car garage with additional parking on each side of the property. Very relaxing and we enjoyed watching the sun set behind the mountains each night. We will definitely be back!

Mostly very good

Overall positive and as shown/described. Two negatives - could use more comfortable seating in the living room. And the loft room is not really a suitable bedroom for an adult (and those beds were reportedly not comfortable). Appreciated being able to bring the dogs. I would definitely stay again with fewer people.

Great as long as you are OK with stairs

Clean property, very well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms with everything you could need, garage was very tight for our minivan (kayaks mounted to the wall made it even tighter than expected), and the biggest negative for us were the stairs - it is a 4-floor unit, and because of our family needs (2 parents, 3 kids, 1 dog), we were going up and down 2-3 flights of stairs often, this is clear in the listing so it was not a surprise but functionally we found it tougher than expected.

Family Holiday Visit

The condo was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. Jesse was available and responsive. Location was great! Literally only 2 minute drive to town. Private with a beautiful view and a little backyard to enjoy especially with a dog and kids. The only thing to be aware of is the three flights of stairs with luggage especially if you are an over packer like me or you have an elderly person or someone that has disabilities with you. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge.

Excellent place for our family (5, including 3 young adults). We ski pretty hard, and the kitchen and living areas were perfect for weary folks after a hard day of skiing. Ours raved about the hot, powerful showers as well. Jesse communicated extremely well throughout the experience!

Very nice townhouse. Very clean and cozy with everything we needed. Our only concern was the lack of lighting and signage to find it. We arrived in the dark and couldn't tell which condo it was. If it was lit up with the address visible that would have helpful.

Great place in Breck!

This unit was a great place ! Tue kitchen is well appointed and we cooked in several meals. The beds were comfy too ! The desks allowed us to get some work in as well . The Free Breck buses allowed us easy access to ski and exploring the area and were super convenient to walk to the bus stop in the neighborhood. Would def come back and Rec to others! 5 stars!

Beautiful view

The property was close to main street but still far enough to have a private feel. We did have an issue with the lock and had to ger the garage code to enter. The upstairs shower needled to be repaired but it was usable. Overall a beautiful property. I would definitely return. Jesse & TJ were very responsive. It would've been nice to know CO9 was closed the week we arrived and left. Definitely a bummer but we made the best of it.

Ski Breck without the parking hassle

5 stars across the board! This property exceeds everything I look for: clean, well stocked kitchen, great communication for check-in, easy check-out and a phenomenal location. The grey bus route picks up and drops off right around the corner. It's not even an arduous journey in ski boots! The bus is also a great option to explore Main St. without having to figure out where to park. WIN. All this and the ability to bring my pups made this property a no-brainer. There was also plenty of space to park 3 cars to accommodate. This property was an absolute win for my trip, but do note that there are quite a lot of stairs to traverse. It may be a difficult time for anyone who struggles going up/down stairs.
