The Cabins at Lexington is the perfect all-season destination. Located on a private, wooded hillside in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, the Cabins are only minutes from historic downtown Lexington, Washington & Lee University, Virginia Military Institute, the Virginia Horse Center and many wedding venues. Our cabins are professionally cleaned per visit. Although pet friendly, pet fees apply. (See house rules for details).
This property was exactly what we needed for our family stay. Well appointed, comfortable beds, lovely location tucked in the woods but close to town. Tasha was responsive and checked in regularly. Thank you!
We had three grandparents and our two almost-grown daughters with us for our son's graduation from W&L. The location was very convenient to campus, the layout of the bedrooms and multiple baths allowed everyone enough space to get ready for events, and the common area was perfect for gathering in between activities and large enough for us all to spread out. Perfect setting for the week!
I stayed here with a few high school friends, and it was a great place to hang out and relax. Short distance to downtown Lex, though I donât think Iâd walk unless there is a back way/path I didnât see. The road between the cabin and town doesnât have sidewalks and is not very walkable.
The property itself is nice and the owner was responsive.
Our stay in Cabin 115 was awesome. The house was exactly as it was descrbed and beautiful on the inside. We peace and quite while ww were there. It has everything you need in the kitchen. The only thing we had an issue with was the coffee cups were very small but we dealt with it. Lol. Tasha was very nice. Great place and close to stores and restaurants in downtown Lexington!
Although there's no shortage of lodging in Rockbridge County, The Cabins is not only perfect for 1-12 guests for any occasion, business trip, sporting event, wedding party, etc, you'll have peace and serenity being surrounded by trees, although minutes from downtown. After being student housing for numerous years then converted to short term rentals, there's plenty of history to keep families revisiting year after year.
