And you’re just a quick drive or free bus trip (5-minute walk to bus stop) to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. You and your group will love it!

Boulevard Bend Condo is a deluxe condo that’s perfect for up to four guests. It’s designed for discriminating tastes but still maintains a cozy “mountain feel.” The living area features comfy furniture and a flat-screen TV — it’s the perfect place to kick back after your high-country adventures. The kitchen is equally nice, with granite counters, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range). The dining table seats three.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, a covered parking space, and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Location was indeed walk to town, but facing a noisy traffic roundabout. At times ambulances every 30 minutes as apparently main route to ER. Super strong smell of Fabuloso cleaner made me nauseous and took days to dissipate.Seemed overpriced compared to my other family members accommodations. Parking was included but a neighbor used up two spaces with large pickup so it was difficult on arrival as we couldn't park near our unit.

Great location

Very nice and safe area. Fire station is across the street. Traffic circle nearby which can get busy and you can hear traffic noise. Close to downtown, within walking distance.

Very nice affordable condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Almost a perfect vacation rental, but as others have mentioned the lack of air conditioning is a huge minus (even when it is still snowing). We wound up leaving the windows open, but as this is a ground floor apartment on a busy street, we didn’t feel comfortable doing this all night and the room would heat up when the windows were closed. I’d imagine it gets quite hot in the Summer Months. Other than that one complaint everything else was great (though next time we will bring our own shampoo and conditioner as the ones they provide are of very low quality)

Great place!

This property is great for two people. Well stocked with basics (salt & pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) Really clean. Great space for two people. Pull-out couch is not great - like most pull-out couches, but that was our only complaint. Loved the location.

Small, clean, well stocked

My son and I stayed for a short ski trip. Location was wonderful easy to get to local shops and mountains.While the condo was well stocked and very clean communication with the host was either not answered at all or I was told they would get to it when they could (in reference to shoveling the walkways) We arrived at night and there is terrible lighting outside the units and the side walk was thick with snow and ice. By the time we found our unit parking spot and the actual unit itself our boots and rollerbags were soaked. The double bed is uncomfortable and there is no TV in the bedroom, which is fine but just something to note if you are looking for that.

Good location lacking a few items

Location was good for skiing at Copper Mountain, however, the property is not fully equipped. The walkway Was covered with snow there was no shoveled for us to clear it. The manager knew, but it was not taken care during stay. The kitchen lacked a complete set of dishes.

Great little place

This place is perfect for a quick little getaway plenty of room for two and kids on the pull out couch. Quick walk to Main Street and the lake can’t wait to come back during the summer!

Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and clean but on the 2nd day the property manager came by because the neighbors smelled gas and I lost my sense of smell a few years ago and didn't notice other than I had a headache, assume it was from the gas. I would check recomend except the gas issue

Boulevard B1 Frisco

The negative was that it was very close to Route 9 & the round about was in front of unit, so it was noisy. . Other negative, carpet in bedroom & closet needs replacing. I would suggest w same vinyl flooring in rest of unit. Positives: the unit had obviously been redone recently. All appliances were new. Great washer & dryer. We had problems w TV, but management sent someone to help us. The unit was small, but adequate & comfortable for 2 people.

Great Vacation spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 8 day vacation in Frisco and this condo was just right for my husband and me. We could easily walk or ride our bikes to Main Street where we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants and shops! The bike paths, mountain hikes, and the beach were close by as well. The condo provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Our only non-5 rating would be because the bed wasn’t as comfortable for us as we would have liked. However, we are in the over 60 age bracket and after 3-4 hr hikes and bike rides each day, our aches were letting us know the bed wasn’t what we were used to😉 Overall, the condo was just right for us and the great communication/customer service was very much appreciated! Thank you Summit Mtn Rentals!
