We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

★ SAFETY: We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.

★ OBSERVATIONS: Smoking is banned on the premises. We request low noise levels post 10pm. Violations of rules or excessive noise may result in cancellation without refund. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited as per local and owner guidelines.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our tropical location means year-round warmth and humidity. We advise sunscreen use and hydration, especially during rainstorms. Despite regular pest control, you may encounter local wildlife, which we work diligently to manage.

South Miami borders the University of Miami's main campus and the cities of Coral Gables and Pinecrest. It is known for its leafy residential neighborhoods, parks and vibrant downtown filled with historic buildings, restaurants and unique shops. The town's center area is a popular shopping, dining and entertainment venue with a hometown ambiance. Everyday in South Miami the sidewalks are bustling with students, young and college-aged, families and young professionals who call the area home.


Downtown South Miami is a walkable stretch. Visit here for family friendly restaurants, a blend of chain and independent, a movie theater and outdoor mall, and local hangouts like nail salons, exercise studios and jewelry stores. This all-ages, family-oriented area has a casual Miami vibe and is worth a visit for a low-key afternoon.

There is room for parking your car, we recommend a car as a good way to get around or uber as an alternative.
