Located in a relaxed setting just the fairway of the Eagle Vail Golf Club. A family oriented, quiet neighborhood nestled conveniently between the exclusive Vail and Beaver Creek resorts.

The Eagle Vail golf course community is minutes from skiing, hiking, biking, rafting, fly fishing and all attractions of the Vail Valley.

The community has a wonderful outdoor pool, pickle ball courts, a variety of hiking trails, small parks for kids of all ages, driving range, par 3 course, 18 hole golf course, frisbee golf, MTB trails and peaceful neighborhoods to walk or bike along.

This property is recently renovated, with new surfaces, kitchen appliances, heating systems and tasteful furnishings.

*Maximum Parking of 3 compact/standard vehicles. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated. Two vehicles may park in the designated driveway spaces. One in front of garage and one in the parking space closest to the 142 entry. A compact vehicle may fit in the single vehicle garage bay. (See parking map for details).*

my Best VRBO Experience

The positive experience with this VRBO started before I ever got there. About 11AM the property manager reached out and proactively told me that the property was ready for check in, and we could check in early. We didn't end up doing so, but never in my experience with VRBOs has anyone even proactively provided this flexibility. My family staying with me also was delightfully surprised. Similarly, the condo was stocked with trash bags, Kleenex, adequate TP, dish/laundry soap avoiding my wife's pet peeve of having 2 dish tabs for a 7 day stay common in VRBO. Overall, the place is clean with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath up, and 2 bedrooms + bathroom + 2nd family room in the basement creating a nice place to meet up with my family for a ski trip. The condo had an overall "new" feel to it, we will likely stay there again. As someone who has renovated more then 1 house, I tend to make a list of repairs and send it to the owner. I figure if I was renting out a place I would like to know. This list was the shortest by far. A few things to note on the property: Hot Water - We liked that the hot water was hot, not just a cold warm like some places. However there is no tankless so if everyone shows at the same time it will get cold. Basement bathroom - Has a non-locking pocket door which was a poor design choice. We resolved by restricting access to the basement Parking - Very long vehicles like Suburban make 2nd spot hard to get in and out of.

Fantastic stay in Eagle

We had a great time at this property for a long weekend. The townhouse, particularly the kitchen, is well appointed and included many conveniences missing from other properties. The property management team was communicative and made check in/out a seamless experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is very close to both Beaver Creek and Vail skiing and had a beautiful view out the back window. The condo size was comfortable for two families. There is plenty of dinnerware, pots, and pans for cooking and we appreciated that the house included toiletries, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, Kleenex, and dishwasher detergent (not always a given from my past VRBO experiences). I found my bed and bedding to be very comfortable. We especially enjoyed family time trying to put together the puzzles and playing the board games from the property.

Mountain Getaway

Incredible home in stunning location! This house was so cozy, clean and comfortable for our family weekend getaway. Bedrooms were comfortable & clean, very nice linens too. Communication with host was great, they accommodated all of our needs. Quiet house, charming neighborhood with hiking & bike trails within a 5 minute walk. House is on a beautiful golf course with great mountain views. Grocery stories & Walmart were a 5 minute drive so getting essential was a breeze. The host suggested a number of nearby restaurants in Avon & Edwards which were excellent & it was only a 10 minute drive to Vail Village, where we enjoyed the shops & restaurants. We look forward to returning to this gorgeous home during ski season.

Amazing stay with amazing views

We had a wonderful time staying in beautiful Eagle-Vail! The home was clean, pretty and spacious - all bedrooms had ample closet space and beds were comfy. We traveled with our little one (under 1) and the lower level was perfect for her naps. There were amenities stocked throughout the home which was fantastic- we felt at home being able to cook meals, watch television/movies, workout, and truly relax. The location was perfect for walks around the neighborhood and hikes during our sunny fall stay. The home is close to delicious restaurants (great recommendations by the host) and breweries, and it was easy to get basics at Walmart and the local grocery store, both ~5 minutes away. We headed into Vail Village for an afternoon which was a 10 minute drive. We felt right at home in this beauty! We can’t wait to check it out during ski season!

The location is fantastic and the property lived up to the photos. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Property managers were super friendly and responsive. We wouldn’t change a thing, and would gladly stay again!

Beautiful home with great location! Check in was seamless and the local staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed along with great recommendations for things to do around the area/restaurants to go to. If you’re traveling to Vail/Beaver Creek this house is a MUST. We will definitely be back!
