Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

→ PARKING - One parking passes is included in your reservation. Guests will be able to park anywhere in the parking lot.

→ ACCESSIBILITY - Located on the 5th floor, this condo is easily accessible by elevator. Please be aware that it's a two-level unit, with stairs inside leading up to the bedrooms on the second floor.

Vicky's View is PERFECT!

Vicky's View was EXACTLY as pictured! House was spotless! The beds were cozy! Plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The best part was the views!! 2 Balconys to look at the ocean and listen to the waves. We will come back and stay here again!

Wonderful view of the beach and very quiet location

Vicky's View was a wonderful get away for my mother and I. We were on the 5th floor/right on the ocean. I was very comfortable and enjoyable to be able to see, hear and walk on the beach. The gated community you come through to get to our location is very enjoyable to walk through. The manager of the has a quick response.

Great location for a PCB Getaway

This listing is really all about location. It has a gorgeous view of the beach from two balconies and you are just steps away from the sand. This condo is a little on the dated side but it is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Small but not tiny it's a great spot to get away. Logan the host was always available and helpful. The property itself where this is located is shared with Carillon Beach, a beautiful resort community. This provides a great area to walk around, especially at night. If there are any supplies or food that you need, there are a couple of plazas with groceries, pharmacy and restaurants. It's a great spot just a short drive from some of the PCB attractions but short steps from the beach.

Love Pinnacle Port

Property was very nice. Will return. Only one negative....there were a number of power strips with extension cords plugged into them. Wasn't that big of deal except in the second bedroom. Did we call...no it wasn't a deal breaker. But that room probably needs to be looked at. A great clean updated condo.And the hostees was great.

nice beach view

Overall we had a nice stay, we loved the pool and being able to see the ocean from the pool area. Short walk to the beach. There is no dining table, something I didn't pick up on from the pictures. Only stool seating at a bar with a sticky surface. There was a strange odor when we arrived, I noticed there was a glade plug in. Maybe invest in an air purifier at least for the downstairs area rather than try to mask odors. The whole complex had a weird odor. The air conditioning unit looked bad - I'm not sure if it was mold on it or what - could be where the smell is coming from. It would be nice if the condo had more hooks, I felt like everything was on the floor, nowhere to hang things. Very few hangers in the closet if you like to hang your clothes. I loved the tiled walk in shower in the hall bath but it needs a shower caddy or somewhere to put your stuff and maybe more hooks on the back of the door also. The rack that is in there is barely hanging on. We never got to use the fitness center/gym. We weren't provided with a code. We got very few wash cloths, if you like a fresh one every day, you might need to bring your own, unless you want to wash them every day. The ceiling fans make a lot of noise if you run them above the low setting. Wanted to open the windows to hear the ocean but there was about an inch of sand in the windows

Laura, I am sorry to hear you felt the condo was sub-par. If you had issues or concerns during or after your stay we wish you would have reached out as this is the first we are hearing from you. We deep clean the condo after every rental as cleanliness is our top priority. I personally walk through the condo after every single clean to ensure it is of the highest standard. The unit was spotless when you checked in, counters cleaned with disinfectant, floors vacuumed and disinfected, windows wiped, sills vacuumed, etc. I was there personally to make sure of that. We do not advertise or represent a dining table in our listing, the condo sleeps 4, which the kitchen island comfortably accommodates. In regards to odors you claim- I can assure that the AC functions great and property is completely free of mold. We would never put our guests in an environment with bad odors, nor would we attempt to mask any smells. Pertaining to wash cloths, hangers and lack of other “hooks” you believe need to be implemented to hang all your things around the property- We provide 4 wash cloths 8 towels, 4 hand towels and 3 bath mats to every renter, should you have needed more wash cloths or hangers you could have reached and asked, but you did not, instead now to publicly complaining. The entire property was built in the 1970s, but is newly renovated- maybe it’s just not for you. It sounds like you may better benefit from staying in a newly built hotel.
